After a full day of fun at one of Orlando’s many attractions, you will love to be able to relax in this sumptuous, professionally decorated condo which sleeps 10 and features 3 superbly appointed bedrooms, 2 full baths, an open floor plan and a fully stocked kitchen with every imaginable amenity.

The master bedroom sanctuary includes a king size bed with a luxurious ensuite bath and a flat-screen TV. The second stunning bedroom retreat features a queen size bed and a flat-screen TV. The third bedroom has two beds along with a flat-screen TV which allows everyone to enjoy their own television entertainment. The sofa in the elegant living room pulls out into another queen size bed! Linens and towels are also provided for your convenience
These luxurious units, which have FREE wireless internet, also features a sumptuous dining area and an elegant living room with a flat-screen TV with DVD. Local telephone calls are included.

The fully furnished kitchen with Corian counter tops includes stainless steel appliances (fridge, dishwasher, and stove) as well as garbage disposal and other convenient appliances such as a microwave, toaster and coffee maker. Elegant dishes, flatware, glassware, cooking pots, pans, and utensils are all included. There is no need to pack enough clothing to last your entire stay as this unit features a full sized washing machine and tumble dryer in the foyer and an iron and ironing board.

Beautifully decorated & modern unit. Beds were very comfortable. Pools & kids splash area were super, jacuzzi heat wasn't working though. A few initial issues at the start, but mostly resolved quickly. Water didn't work on fridge, so we bought a Brita pitcher. TVs were updated to smart TVs during stay so we could stream our favs. Yay! Overall, a beautiful unit in a superb location.

We had an amazing time staying in this home! Check process was easy and I didn’t have to deal with front desk. Rooms were super spacious and the kitchen was huge! Definitely be back next time we are in Florida.

Great stay!

There were 3 of us who stayed and it was the perfect size condo for us. We were in town for the AAU volleyball tournament and the location allowed for an easy drive, and some days a close walk to the venue. Check-in and checkout were both a very easy process. We stay at vista cay every year (different units each year) and always have a great experience! This unit was on the “reserve” side of vista cay and we decided we like the new pool on this side better than the main one! Way less crowded. Overall, we had a great stay and would recommend to anyone!

Great family vacation!

Enjoy your stay at this property with our family of nine. The kitchen had everything we need to make meals and the condo was large enough to come in all of us. My only criticism is the overly late check in time and too early of a checkout time.

Our stay was great the condo was nice our only complaint was the washing machine was broken and unable to be used Which was a real hassle as we drove from Michigan And needed to do laundry, The property manager offered to do our laundry for us, but to us that was strange, As we prefer to wash our own dirty clothes not have a stranger wash them for us.

Great place to stay!

Overall good place to stay. Only complaint I would have is that the swimming pools are too far apart from each other. Had multiple families staying and had to load up everytime we wanted to get together at a pool. Small pool was closed one evening due to a chemical issue. Drinks at the big pool were super expensive.

Great condo, small details could improve.

Our stay started off a little rough - the keypad code we received was wrong, so we couldn't get in. After calling, we were given another code which also did not work. Finally after a third call, they tracked down the correct code and we got in! About an hour later I made yet another call as the digital door lock was running out of batteries. We delayed our plans for the evening to wait on the maintenance guy to come change the battery. The condo is beautiful, 3 bedroom, 2 bath with a great kitchen and family room. We had to buy hand soap, tissues, and coffee filters, so obviously those leftovers were donated to the cleaners or someone! My suggestion to the owner: leave a bottle of hand soap in each bathroom, a box of tissues, and a stack of coffee filters. I used 6 filters, but had to buy a stack of 200! Thankfully they're cheap, but it's still kind of silly. Our family of 5 was on the last roll of TP and nearly done with the paper towel roll after 7 days, just for reference. Renters should take notice: this unit has detailed notes about NOT going below 72 degrees (damage to AC unit, threat of fines, etc.). My wife prefers it cold - like around 70, so this was an unfortunate discovery. I should also point out the construction happening at Vista Cay. Our unit was directly adjacent to new units being built, so much of the additional parking was fenced off. Most nights after returning from our adventures, we had to search for nearby parking. Once the construction is done, I'm sure there will be plenty of spaces. Other than a few gripes, overall we were very happy with the unit. Plenty of space, comfortable beds, great location, great price.

Our first unit was very unclean and unsanitary. However, the property manager moved us elsewhere.

Our first unit was exceptionally unclean and unsanitary. However Steve (the unit manager), came to view the mold in the bathrooms and blood on the sheets. He was extremely apologetic and responsive. He immediately moved us to a better unit which was clean and sanitary as expected. Steve was very accommodating.

Great Experience

My family and I had a great experience at this location. The house was beautiful. We enjoyed ourselves tremendously. The location was perfect right on international dr. All the restaurants and local attractions were in walking distance. We can't wait to go again.

I only had two suggestions to make the stay perfect. Change the shower heads as it took forever just to get wet. Second, ceiling fans in the bedrooms to keep them cool at night. Other than that, we loved the condo!!

A beautiful vacation get-a-way!

This unit was extremely clean and supplied with everything you could possibly need doing your vacation. The decorations were beautiful!!! My only concern was my three year old grandson breaking something, but I would definitely stay here again.

Just as nice as the pictures suggest!

The property was clean, beautifully decorated and spacious. We were conveniently located to Universal, downtown Orlando and the airport. Being able to walk to the grocery was a big plus as well. I thought that this was a very good value for the money as we had 6 adults and there was plenty of room for us and our occasional visitors. I would recommend Vista Cay to a friend.

Excellent property!

My family of 5 stayed for five nights and found it to be an excellent choice. The condo was very clean, spacious and nicely appointed. The check-in process was great - we were given the code to the gate and the door - no check-in required, which worked out well since we arrived after 11PM. It is in a gated community, which is very quiet, and has a nice pool and lake with a path for walking/jogging. A grocery store and a few shops are close by. Access to the theme parks was super easy - we were headed to Universal Studios, under 10 minutes away. The freeway is close by so getting there from the airport and going to the beach didn't involve much navigation.

I would recommend to family & friends!

Stayed here for 11 days and it has been a very comfortable stay. Quite a convenient location, have strong wifi, near the supermarket, a very secured area and well-maintained building. Vista Cay is very close to a lot of attractions and we would definitely go back if there is another opportunity for us.

Awesome!!!

Me and my family are very delighted with the property. All we expected was there, the location, layout and amenities were exactly as described. Everything was clean and tidy. The property is near all the atractions we wanted to visit, the neighborhood is calm. We were provided with an excellent customer service and did not have any problem regarding our stay. Sure we recommend this property to friends or relatives. This is an amazing place to be on vacation. And we'd like to thank to Steve and Denise. We will certainly book a property again next year.
