Vista Cay 3 Bedroom, In front of new Epic Universe and Convention Center, Island

This is a contemporary and fully renovated 3-bedroom, 2-bath condo unit. All rooms feature wood flooring. We have taken professional care to ensure thorough cleaning and sanitization, with extra precautions for disinfection to protect our guests.

The condo boasts a beautiful and modern master suite with a King-sized bed, a second bedroom with two full-sized beds, and a third bedroom with two full-sized beds. Additionally, there is a sofa bed available at the living room. This condo can comfortably accommodate up to 10 people.

For families with young children, we offer a portable crib (Pack and Play) and highchair at no extra charge. Each room is equipped with a 40" LED smart TV, while the living room features a 50" TV. Cable tv is available. Free high-speed internet Wi-Fi is also available.

The modern and open kitchen includes a spacious granite countertop and comes fully equipped with appliances, including a regular coffee maker, Keurig, toaster, waffle toaster, dishwasher, blender, dishes, cookware, and silverware—everything you need for a home away from home experience.

There are two full bathrooms equipped with towels and a hairdryer for your convenience. In-unit amenities also include a washer, dryer, iron, and ironing board. The condo is equipped with central heating and air conditioning.

Situated on the third floor, with elevator access, our community features a heated resort-style pool with kids splash zone , firepit areas, jacuzzi and Pool Bar. Free parking is conveniently located in front of the building.

Step onto the open veranda, complete with chairs and a table, to enjoy partial views of the lake.

Our location is highly convenient, within walking distance from the Orlando Convention Center and Universal Epic Universe , close to attractions such as Universal Studios, Sea World, Orlando Icon, top-rated restaurants, and renowned shops. Across the street, you'll find famous golf courses.

We are ideally situated within the theme park area, just 1 mile from Sea World, 4 miles from Universal Studios, and a mere 8 miles from Walt Disney World. Florida's famous beaches and the Kennedy Space Center are approximately a 45-minute drive away.

Within the condo complex, you'll find a Publix market and a Walgreens, as well as a clubhouse with a heated pool, Tiki bar, and convenience shop. Vista Cay is a gated community, providing an extra layer of security.

The location is perfect. Easily walk to Publix, and great a diner and more. The place is exactly as shown and details provided by owner were perfect. My only concern was hair found in the master bed and bathroom. Other than that the place was clean over all.

The condo was very nice and close to Univetsal. Very close to restaurants and a grocery store. The only knock I personally had and it’s very minor was the book in the shower is so tiny it barely holds any of your toiletries. I would suggests maybe getting a shower tower. You let paper was literally like paper, but that again is minor. Pool and hot tub were fantastic!! We would definitely stay here again.

Our stay here was absolutely fantastic from start to finish! The condo is beautifully clean, spacious, and so comfortable — the beds were some of the best we’ve ever slept on. The location could not be more perfect: just minutes from Universal Studios and the brand-new Epic Universe, with Disney also an easy drive away. Having a Publix and shopping center right outside the gates was incredibly convenient, and the pool area was gorgeous with so many fun amenities for both kids and adults.Check-in and check-out were seamless, and Anna, the owner, was responsive, friendly, and made the entire process stress-free. The condo itself felt like home, with everything we needed for our family trip. We especially appreciated how much space we had compared to a hotel, which made it comfortable for everyone in our group.We booked this stay for a special occasion, and it truly exceeded our expectations. Between the unbeatable location, modern and spotless condo, and the warm, welcoming host, this property is an absolute gem. Nice Home Base

This is a great “home base” for exploring Orlando! It’s close to all the parks (especially Universal Studios), shopping, and all the city has to offer, and the pool was a wonderful spot to wind down in the evening.

Clean and beautiful unit

The until was wonderful. The pool and bar area are very nice with a lot of things within walking distance. The AC did not work and the owner was very attentive to handling the situation. I will definitely be staying again and would recommend to anyone.

Great place!

Great place to stay with family! Location is fantastic and the host is responsive. One thing to note is that the curtains are sheer so if you have little ones sensitive to light it can be a challenge. Great stay overall!

Great family Orlando stay

We just stayed here for a weekend in Orlando, going to parks with family and it was a great place. The apartment was nicely kept, very comfortable for a small to medium family. Location is perfect close to parks and variety of food nearby. Would definitely come here again and recommend to anybody.

We had the best experience at Ana's condo! Check-in was easy, the whole place was beautiful and clean, beds were comfortable, and the location is excellent. We had zero problems the entire trip. Ana is excellent with communicating as well - responding within minutes of any questions I had. We will definitely stay there again!
