Location , Location , Location !!! the unit is located in front of new park Epic Universe.

Very close to the pool complex and clubhouse, less than 1 minute walk.

This is a contemporary, fully renovated 3-bedroom, 2-bath condo located in the main complex, close to theme parks and Convention Center.

The unit is professionally cleaned and sanitized, with extra precautions taken for disinfection to ensure the safety of our guests. Situated on the ground floor, there’s no steps and no need to use elevators. Free parking is available right in front of the building.

The condo features no carpet—tile flooring in the kitchen and bathrooms, and wood flooring in the living room and bedrooms.

The master suite boasts a beautiful, modern design with a king bed.
The second bedroom has two twin beds.
The third bedroom is furnished with two queen beds.
Additionally, there is a sofa bed in the living room, allowing the condo to accommodate up to 10 guests.
A portable crib, umbrella stroller, and high chair are available at no extra charge.

The master bedroom and living room are equipped with LED smart TVs and cable is available, and the condo offers free Wi-Fi.

The modern, open-concept kitchen features granite countertops and comes fully equipped with appliances, including a coffee maker, Keurig machine, toaster, dishwasher, blender, as well as dishes, cookware, silverware—everything you need to feel at home.

Both full bathrooms are supplied with towels and a hair dryer. Additional amenities includes washer and dryer inside the unit , iron, and ironing board.

The condo also has central heating and air conditioning.

Enjoy the outdoors on the open veranda, which is furnished with chairs and a table.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect as we visited Universal Studios. We also liked being close to the pool which we used during our down time. It was also nice that a Walgreens was a short walk away. Our only complaint was that the mattress in our room was not comfortable. It could use some updating as we woke up with sore lower back pain.

Affordable stay

Large and spacious with 2 baths and three bedroooms. Good location. Great microbrewery a few hundred feet away along with great informal breakfast shop. Very reasonable rates.

Great location and management

This was our second time staying at this property and we will be back again. The location is perfect. It is close to Universal and Disney. Everything was neat and clean. We did experience water dripping from the vent in the master bedroom at 10 pm. Management was on it right away. They sent someone out to chdck the unit above us. The next morning maintenance was at our place to fix it. It was condensation from the AC. We were very impressed with the response time. Check-in was quick and easy. No issues with a late check-in.

Everything was perfect

We stayed in condo with our 2 daughters, our daughters friend and her family. The split bedrooms made it perect for my husband and I to have our own bathroom in the primary while all the girls shared the 2nd bathroom. The confo is very spacious, kitchen completely updated, convenient 1st floor location & ample parking. The pool was a short walk with plenty of chairs & full service bar. Publix, walgreens & liquor store all within walking distance. The proximity to Disney, Universal & Airport were ideal. We will definitely rent this condo on a future trip.

Great spot for family trip to Orlando

3 bedroom, 2 bath condo was great size and location for our family. Short drive to theme parks. Walkable to food and groceries. An hour drive to Cocoa Beach. Good kitchen for cooking and eating in. Pool under construction closest to unit (would’ve been perfect) but 2nd pool option in the resort was lovely (.4 mile walk but can easily drive too). View of parking lot from small porch but still a nice spot for morning coffee and afternoon drinks!
