Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. This beautiful house is 9 miles from Disney, 20 miles from Universal and SeaWorld. Spend less of your trip sitting in traffic and more of your trip relaxing and doing what you want. You won't have to get on the interstate (I4) to get to Disney (Straight Shot). This house is in a peaceful neighborhood in a nature preserve. Woods behind you and no neighbors on one side. Majority of community are home owners.

Very Spacious house with high ceilings and large pool and hot tub. Very peaceful neighborhood close to parks, shops, restaurants, community gate golf course

Guest can use and have access to the entire house, pool and yard

Pool and spa heat is available at AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE. if you would like the pool & spa heated please request and you will be sent an additional charge request. Pool Heat is offered limited time of year at $60 per day and spa heat is yearly at $25 per day.

My husband recently retired and we wanted to see if we wanted to be snowbirds. House was in a fairly quiet neighborhood. Weather was certainly warmer than back home. We loved being able to sit outdoors in back to enjoy meals, read, etc.We used the hot tub quite often. Ashley and her brother were very easy to work with.We had some interesting issues occur but both owners were readily available. All in all, a wonderful month
