Can’t wait to go back!

This beautiful home was perfect for our group. Plenty for the kids to do and move around. Great living space for socializing, the pool/hot tub was easy to heat and great for little ones. Overall great experience and a great location to do things off the resort as well. Susan was great to deal with! One week wasn’t enough so we extended the trip by 3 days. Everything was great!!

Great Disney Vacation

I couldn’t have better things to say about the homeowners. They made everything smooth from the time of booking to check out. Susan made sure to reach out with information on the community, home, and area. The home was large and clean, having a bedroom for each kid was key to survival with 4 kids, lol. The community fitness room met our needs and we enjoyed the tennis courts. The community pool is quite busy and pretty strict but we still enjoyed it.We will certainly stay again.

Great relaxing stay

Loved the home, we had plenty of room for all of us. The clubhouse area was nice. Enjoyed the lazy river and the slide. We used our private pool and ate outside everyday. We would definitely go back and stay at this house again!

Exceptional stay for our family

Susan’s home was well appointed. Very comfortable beds, seating areas, and everything we needed for our family of all ages. The home is a great location within the resort as it’s an easy block walk to the main clubhouse and pool. Susan was very accommodating and easy to communicate with. We will definitely be recommending her home for future family stays.

Best Vrbo Home Ever!!

My family and I stayed here for a week, It was the BEST experience we ever had Susan and Serge are absolutely AMAZING host! This home is fully equipped for families of all sizes and ages. This home is conveniently located near all restaurants, shopping, and all theme parks! I HIGHLY recommend staying here! My family and I will definitely be back!

Stress-free family vacation

The house was bright, clean, modern, equipped with all facilities (such as pool and hot tub- always warm), BBQ, entertainment- TV’s in all rooms, pool table and fuzeball, pool toys, all necessary appliances and dishes. Perfect for all ages. It soon felt like home and was a much needed retreat after busy days at parks. Also liked that it was part of a resort and we also enjoyed the larger pool, play area, and lazy river. Would recommend and also hope to go back.

Great Stay!

The experience with this villa from start to finish was seamless. Susan and Serge were excellent at communicating throughout the process. The villa was very clean and nicely decorated. It felt even more spacious in person than we expected. Our family enjoyed making breakfasts together and relaxing in the living rooms after long days at the Disney parks. We highly recommend!

Great Home and Location

Very friendly owners that communicated with us long before we arrived as well as during the stay. Only a few miles from Disney, other theme parks, grocery stores, and restaurants. Well stocked kitchen. Very clean. Nice pool and hot tub. Game room. Gated community with lots to do. We enjoyed our 8 night stay to the fullest! Do not hesitate to book this home.

Villa Ètoile is the best!

Our family had the best time on our vacation. Susan and Serge are wonderful hosts and Villa Ètoile is beautiful. The villa has everything you need from the amazing pool to the game room where our family had alot of fun. This house is amazing and the only thing you need to bring is a bathing suit! My family felt right at home and was very comfortable here. I highly recommend this lovely villa and hope to come back in the future! Thank you again Susan and Serge!

Great Stay!!!

We had a wonderful experience booking this property. Susan communicated with us from day 1 and was so helpful with booking our stay. Not only did she answer all of questions, she also checked in to make sure our trip was going smoothly. We could not have asked for a better host. The property itself was wonderful and the clubhouse pool was another great perk that should not go unnoticed. We loved everything about the house and our son especially loved the pool. The property was just a short drive to Disney and it was also close by to any shopping that we were in need of. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone and we look forward to booking this property for our next Florida vacation.

Awesome home - close to parks - wonderful - can't miss!

I can't speak highly enough about this home and the experience. Owner communication was the best I have experienced and the home was beautiful, clean, well-furnished and comfortable. Pool and spa were great. Everything was spotless. All bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. Internet and TVs were perfect perfect. Super comfortable couches. Fun games in the garage. Great location - safe and many amenities. Kitchen well stocked and supplied. Just an amazing time.will definitely stay here again! Thanks Susan.

Perfect!

We had a great time spending our Thanksgiving holiday in the sun and away from the snow. Susan and Serge are the most attentive and kind hosts that we have had the pleasure of staying with. Their home is close to everything you may need for a relaxing and enjoyable time --- close to grocery stores, Disney World, Universal Studios, and Starbucks. And if none of those things are on your list, their home has a clean and enjoyable pool that you can enjoy while watching football. Susan and Serge have done a fantastic job of making you feel comfortable in their clean and inviting home. We are thankful that we were able to enjoy their little slice of Florida. Looking forward to a return trip!

Truly an amazing home and owner

Being the first time ever to rent a villa we had no idea what to expect. That changed as soon as we put down a deposit, where the owners immediately reached out to me to welcoming us to their home. Making us feel like they’re inviting us to their home. Like we were old friends. The house is very nice and clean, everything works well. Love this vacation home and Susan and Serge

This home is immaculate. True to pictures. It is right in the middle of everything. Disney, Legoland, Universal. You are not that far from any of these places. But you do not need to go anywhere. The pool and hot tub and Solterra Resort are amazing. Susan and Serge are the sweetest owners . They were in constant contact . They answered many questions and took such great care in making sure we had a great stay. We will book again. You do not want to miss staying here. This is one the best vacations we have had. Our grandkids loved the pool every day. You don’t have to pack up and go to a pool when it’s right there. Our whole family of 10 loved it!

This is the one for your family

I honestly do not know where to begin. From start to finish Susan and Serge were phenomenal. We didn't have to wonder about anything, everything was spelled out for us which made our trip so easy. When we arrived Susan and Serge had already made sure we had what we needed for check-in prior so the process took 5 mins. Now about the beautiful home, often times pictures are deceiving. Trust me the home is more beautiful than the pictures could ever show. We are very picky vacationers and I probably went through 50+ properties and I kept coming back to this one and I am so glad I did. You can tell when a home has been cleaned with pride. It was equipped with everything you could possibly need and more. It was very relaxing after a day at the parks to come back to the villa and chill in the pool and hot tub. Obviously we loved this home and I could go on and on lol. I would say look no further this home is the one for you and your family. Our entire family is still in awww and can't wait until our next trip to Florida so we can stay here again. Thank you so much Susan and Serge for the wonderful experience 😊

Business Trip Visit

The house was clean and very nicely decorated. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was large and accommodating. We especially enjoyed the Lanai pool and hot tub. We were also very comfortable in the large living room watching the Super Bowl. We would highly recommend staying at this property!

Great location - great home

Great home located 15 minutes from parks. Home is well maintained and the neighborhood amenities were 5 star. The host made everything easy and was the most pleasant person to engage with. I normally bring my own pots but this home has top tier everything. Come and leave everything else at home because it is here!
