Guest Access:

Kindly provide us with the full name of the guest(s) driving your vehicle(s) so that we may register the names with the clubhouse. Please note you may only bring a maximum of 5 cars. Upon arrival you will need to report to the clubhouse to complete the registration and present your booking confirmation to the community gate guard if requested.

Clubhouse Hours: 7am-10pm

Pool Hours: 8am-9:45pm

Bar & Grill: Closed Mondays; open Tuesday–Sunday.

Sun, Tue, Wed: 12 PM–8 PM

Thu–Sat: 12 PM–9 PM

Café & Marketplace: Open daily, 8 AM–6 PM

Sundry Shop: Open seven days a week with adjusted hours.

Fitness Center: 8am-9:45pm

Sports Courts: 9am – 9pm

Getting Around:

The easiest and most convenient way to get around Orlando is by car, as many of the city’s top attractions are spread out and require multiple transfers on public transportation. If you plan on driving, be sure to keep some cash on hand for tolls.



Other Things to Note:

• For a smooth and secure check-in experience, all guests may be required to complete ID and Enso Boarding Pass verification before arrival. Check-in instructions will be shared once verification is completed. Thank you for helping us ensure a seamless stay!

• Please be informed that the Resort's Bar and Grille is currently closed as of the moment. If you have any other concerns, feel free to contact us.

• Bedroom 3 is equipped with a total of three single beds, including two twin beds and one pull-out bed for added flexibility and comfort.

• We do not provide washcloths. Please bring your own washcloths to make use of during your stay.

• Package Deliveries: Paradise Palms Resort applies a $10 fee per package for short-term rental guests when collecting delivered items. Long-term stays of 6+ months are exempt from this fee



Additional Services:

• Pool heating is an additional service that is not included in your booking price. It's an additional fee of $35 per night, which we provide upon request. Please note that heating service is available with a minimum stay of 2 nights. Feel free to reach out for more details.

• We offer mid-stay cleaning for reservations over 3 days in duration. This service is available for an extra fee and will need to be booked in advance.



Pet Friendly:

• A pet fee of $129/pet per stay will be added at the time of booking if the pet is added to the reservation. If no pet is declared during booking, we will collect the fee separately. Maximum of 2 pets and NO LARGE PETS allowed.

• If you have more than one pet please note that an extra fee of per pet will also be collected after booking confirmation.



We're happy to deliver:

• Your BBQ comes with a complimentary full propane tank at check-in! Running low? Get a one-time refill for just $55 and keep the grill going!

• a "Pack 'N Play Crib" for $40 (one-time fee)

• a Highchair for $40 (one-time fee)



House Rules:

1. Parties, events, and smoking/vaping are prohibited in or around our property.

2. Please check-out on time. Late departures will result in a charge for each additional hour the property cannot be accessed for turnover.

3. Large messes will result in an additional cleaning fee. Please clean up after yourselves and your pets.

4. Firearms and weapons are strictly prohibited on the property.

5. We do not assume liability for any injuries sustained by using the pool. Please follow all safety precautions and use at your own discretion.

If any of these house rules are broken, you and your group may be subject to additional charges or be requested to vacate the property immediately without refund.
