The Space:
This beautiful 9-bedroom home has a back patio that faces a garden and a lake view - so you get extra privacy from not having any rear facing neighbours! On it, you'll find your own sparkling swimming pool and spill-over jacuzzi hot tub. Soak up the Florida sunshine in one of our lounge chairs, or enjoy a poolside BBQ lunch - there's plenty of space for the whole crew at the patio dining table.

But if poolside dining isn't your thing, there's still plenty of indoor dining space! The indoor dining table seats up to 10 guests, plus there's additional space for 4 more people at the kitchen island bar. And speaking of kitchens! - wait until you see this one! We're talking massive quartz countertops; new stainless steel appliances, plenty of cupboard space and a double deep kitchen sink! Plus there's not just one, but two full sized fridge/freezer combo units, so everyone's snacks are handy! Bonus - we've got TWO large capacity dishwashers to handle the clean up!

The garage has been converted into a games room - but don't worry, there's still plenty of parking space on the driveway! The games room has family favorites like foosball and air hockey to keep the whole crew entertained.

Th ground level of the home offers 3 large bedrooms. The first has a King sized bed, with a sparkling en suite bathroom and smart TV. The other 2 have Queen beds, and also each have an ensuite bathroom and smart TV. In fact, every bedroom at this property has a smart TV - so everyone will be able to catch up on all their fav shows before bed! Upstairs is where you'll find the remaining bedrooms, which include a King bedroom suite, a Queen bedroom suite, a room with bunk-beds, and 3 more bedrooms with two twin beds in each.

The home is located at the Veranda Palms Resort, which is a family friendly gated community in the Kissimmee area of Orlando. The location is in a fantastic area, easily reached from highway 192 where you will find a vast selection of shops and restaurants. Please feel free to park inside the garage as well as the driveway. There is additional parking available at the clubhouse. Please note there is a 6 vehicle maximum per household and buses, RVs, trailers and boats are prohibited in the community.

• There is basic cookware available in the house.

• Pool and hot tub heating is an additional service that is not included in your booking price. It's an additional fee of $35/day per service and $60/day for both, which we provide upon request. Please note that heating service is available with a minimum stay of 2 nights. Feel free to reach out for more details.

• We're happy to deliver:
→ a full BBQ propane tank upon request for $70/per tank.
→ a "Pack 'N Play Crib" for $40 (one-time fee)
→ a Highchair for $40 (one-time fee)
