Vacation Rental: Townhouse at Terra Verde Resort near Disney - Private Pool


The Resort community has many amenities that you have access at no additional charge: Poolside Tiki Bar, Business Center with WiFi , Fitness Room, Sauna, Basketball Court , Tennis Court. Play area for kids with game room.

There are a total of 4 bedrooms. One bedroom with a full size bed located on the 1st floor. Three bedrooms are located on the 2nd floor:
1. Master bedroom with a queen size bed
2. Bedroom with two twin size beds
3. Bedroom with a queen size bed

Guests are required to sign a short term rental agreement at the front desk in the Clubhouse along with a $20 deposit for a gate access card. Self check-in with smart lock. A PIN for the lock will be provided with the reservation confirmation letter.
>Guests are responsible for the daily cleaning of the unit.
Pool heater is available upon request, it is an additional $30.00 USD per day . Can only be booked for the entire stay. Must be requested at least 24hours before your arrival. Pool takes a long time to heat up.
>No noise after 10pm according to community regulations.
>Do not set the A/C below 68F. There would be a risk of freezing the system. When out, please set the thermostat to 78F.

We provide the following for guests :
>1 roll of toilet paper in each bathroom
>1 bar of soap in each bathroom
>1 garbage bag in each garbage can
>Towels in all bathrooms
> Guests should supply their own toiletries. There is a Walmart 3 minutes away to purchase these items.
>No parties are allowed at the house
>Trash is collected Monday- Saturday. Trash needs to be placed in the trash bench before 6am. No loose trash please.
>Smoking is not allowed. A $250.00 fee will be applied for those who disrespect this rule.
> If the home is damaged, guests will be charged for the cost of the damage.

Nice Accommodation!

We were 4 adults and had plenty of space and privacy. The host is very nice and helpful. Very clean and comfortable. Host made us feel very much at home. Good location. Would just suggest maybe some pool supplies available in case needed. I would have liked to test the chlorine levels since the pool was a bit cloudy on 2nd day. Will definitely stay again and recommend to my family and friends.

Great space for a family

We stayed for a week over the holidays. Small hiccup with the pool heat when we arrived, however the owners we in contact within minutes and the situation was rectified! They even offered a partial refund for the inconvenience. The house was wonderful for a our family with small children!

Beautiful house

This house was perfect. We had plenty of space and enjoyed ourselves very much. The clubhouse pool was great and we enjoyed hanging out on the lanai. We had a small issue with the refrigerator which was immediately addressed and taken care of. Weā€™d definitely recommend to anyone!
