Yes. Pool and spa heat can be added for $30/day + tax. The pool heater heats the pool to ~88 degrees and the spa to ~101 degrees. The spa will not heat up unless pool/spa heat is purchased.

There is a BBQ gas grill kept at the home. The cost to rent it is $95 + tax..
3) Does the home have a child safety fence blocking the pool?
There is a child safety fence blocking the pool.
4) Is the kitchen fully stocked?
The kitchen is fully stocked with pots and pans, cooking utensils, flatware, plates, glasses, etc. (Due to liability reasons no food or food related items are provided.)

Great place

Place is great, neighborhood is nice with a kiddie pool and lazy river with bar within the community. Close to Disney which means traffic anytime you go anywhere only downfall of your going to be staying here and not going to Disney but not the hosts fault so house 5 stars traffic 3 stars

Great place

We loved our trip to this house. It was exactly as described, had lots of room and we had no issues. There were 10 of us including small kids, that loved all the features of the house. The pool and hot tub were very clean and very enjoyable after days at Disney. We fully recommend this place.

Perfect Place for a Large Group

The house was perfect for 4 families with teens. Kids loved the pool and the game room. The house was well equipped with everything we needed and conveniently close to the places we wanted to go to.

Unforgettable stay

This villa has everything you need, spacious and clean, a lot of games. The outdoor area with a large pool and jacuzzi, and tv projector is the coolest thing.

Great Family House

Something for everyone at any age. Especially loved the movies at night by the pool. The young girls loved the clubhouse under the stairs. House was very clean and comfortable. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Family vacation

My family gets together every year for a vacation. My wife’s birthday, my son’s birthday and anniversary are all in the same week. We had grandchildren with us this time and wanted to take them to Disneyland. The house was everything the listing had posted. It’s in a beautiful gated neighborhood close to all the theme parks. The care and the thought that was taken in the design of the home is evident . It is perfectly centered around family and friends entertaining and getting together. The host communicated with all my questions quickly. It’s a beautiful home. If you have small kids, they will love the upstairs . All will enjoy the pool. All in all, a great stay

Amazing, exceeded expectations

Beautiful property. We stayed with 16 people, 8 adults and 8 kids and everyone had plenty of space. The kids loved all the themed rooms, dinoasuar and play room. We loved the heated salt water pool and used the theater room every night. Even used the resort amenities which were walking distance, great splash pad/water park and lazy river. Would definitely stay here again.

DIno House

This is a great house for big groups. We stay at a different place each year and this was one of the best ones. The fact it had an airconditioned theater room and a game area, was unique. The Theater room was really nice. We like this neighborhood for the lazy river as well. Great home, highly recommended.

Everything in the home was amazing. There was plenty of room for all of my family to stay and enjoy themselves. We had 11 adults and 2 children under 2yrs old. Themed rooms were a plus for the little ones. All amenities at the house were clean and everyone thoroughly enjoyed them selves for the time we spent there

Couples Retreat

This house was perfect. With so many king bed rooms, we were able to have our 6 friends couples stay comfortably. There were so many features of the house that met our needs including the bar outside, projector above the pool, and movie room. The pool heater and jacuzzi worked well for our group and the host was very communicative and helpful at every turn. We typically do a new house for our trip each year, but this is a house we would definitely come back to again!
