Amazing Family Vacation
The house was spacious and well laid out, the extra upstairs playroom and theater room was a great bonus. The kids loved all the themed rooms! Owners responded fast and were super easy to work with. All in all an amazing place to stay!

Fantastic host and villa
This is our 8th visit to florida and the villa and its host has been the best by far. We have had a wonderful stay. The host was so accommodating to our needs and comminication was absolutely brilliant. The villa is clean and spacious. Great Stay
House worked great for a family get together of 11. Plenty of room for even more. Pics matched the property well. Clubhouse and community pool where a huge plus and hit with the kids. Enjoyed a couple of movie nights in the theater. 15-30 min drive to all the attractions depending on traffic. Host was very responsive. We would definitely stay again.

Disney Stay Excellent.
Cant tell you how much we enjoyed our time at the house. It really matched up with all the expectations on the listing. All our star wars geek squad enjoyed the themed rooms and really liked the movie room. Wish we would have had more time spend at the location but it was nice to come home and relax after roaming the parks. Hot tub got our sore muscles ready for another adventure the next day. The bathrooms were also helpful with the large family. Would recomend this to all and suggest planning a day or two just at the house to enjoy all it offers. Owner very responsive to any questions we had.

Another amazing experience!!
This was our second time staying at this house and we loved it just as much as the first time we stayed a year ago. Our first stay the water park was under construction, but it was open this time. It added soooo much to our stay. We walked down twice almost every day. 😁 The house itself is beautiful, well laid out, comfortable beds, decorated beautifully…..we love it. As a large family mama who cooks all our food, even when traveling, I wish the kitchen was a bit better stocked, but even that didn’t deter our fun. We’ve been saying for years how we’d love to find a rental house that was the one we always wanted to go back to…….and we’ve found it. 😁 We needed to contact Dominic a few times during our stay and he was prompt, polite and oh so helpful. The neighborhood is quiet and grocery stores within 12 minutes drive.

Fun Time, beautiful home & Amazing Host
Our family of 10 came down for a volleyball tournament. The house was exactly as described, just as pictures showed, and perfect for our group. The Star Wars room was by far the coolest room in the house. Also, our family got much use out of the large movie room. One of the large community pools was just a short walk away which was a nice treat.
Dominic was so accommodating and quick to respond. There was an issue with the AC on the 2nd floor and Dominic quickly had it resolved.
Other things to note-
Disney Area was about an average of 20 min drive
Convention Center was about 35 min drive on average
If you want to use the lazy river at the clubhouse pool you will need to bring your own tubes or purchase at the clubhouse.
Cell service at the resort was spotty and sometimes non existent (T-Mobile & Verizon)

Spacious area for a family reunion with something for everyone
We're a family reunion of 15 which included 6 kids under the age of 4. We planned on spending 90% of our 5-day stay at the property (no sightseeing for us) and we love cooking.
This was, by far, our favorite rental.
THINGS TO DO
If you need food or items, there's grocery stores, a SuperWalmart, restaurants of all kinds (even a cat cafe!) all within a 15-minute drive (often way closer). Keep in mind, nothing is walking distance. Between the property's pool and the 'community pool' - we had plenty to entertain us. And even though we didn't go to the theme parks, the Disney resort was only 15-minutes away - and you don't even need to brave I-4 to get there!
THE PROPERTY ITSELF
We've been at rentals where they claim their kitchen 'has all equipment you need'... and often that's not the case. Other than two small things that we already thought to bring (aluminum foil and a deep baking pan), this kitchen seriously was equipped to stand up to our cooking-loving family. For me, this was the most impressive part.
There's PLENTY of parking since the 'community parking lots' are literally a block away.
The themed rooms were totally unnecessary, but wholly beloved and made great backdrops for photos.
Also, we loved how everyone was able to have their own bedroom with plenty of storage space per room. We were all able to gather easily during meals then spread out when we wanted space (remember again... lots of small kids!).
LITTLE THINGS TO NOTE AND THANKING THE HOST
Dominic was very responsive and has obviously done a lot to make this a great vacation home for families. He even worked with us when we asked for a later check out.
There were a few, very tiny gripes but definitely nothing to knock this out of my rental hall of fame.
- The check-in instructions are sent early and via email, so make sure it doesn't get buried in your inbox!
- No pool towels provided - bring your own or prepare to do laundry
- More trash bags would be appreciated
- Maintenance was working on something in the pool area and we weren't previously informed they'd be doing that (on a Thursday)
