This property needs work. The pictures in this listing make it look amazing but it definitely is not in that same condition. The sub division is beautiful and location is great but the inside condition of this house is rough. Not what should be expected for a home rented in this community I will post photos

Unfortunately this property was disappointing. It is in much need of some TLC especially outside where the photos are not in line with the reality. The outside area to front and rear are unkempt and bare and patchy unlike the photo. The pool area was filthy with cheap furniture very different from photos. Inside the property had been updated in parts, main areas furniture and flooring nice. Kitchen was poorly equipped and cupboards grubby. Whole house could do with a lick of paint. Definitely not 5 star!

Pool was amazing, 5* pool. Location was amazing. House was a bit dated but overall great. WiFi was very spotty all week and made working and watching movies challenging. Biggest issue was changing fees. After booking host changed pool heat fees. We negotiated a compromise but still paid more that listing. Then once there, host changed and added grill fees, even after showing details of our booking showing it was free. Felt taken advantage of for both pool fees and grill fee based as the reasoning that “it was an old listing that needed to be updated”. That was disappointing to be held hostage like that after the fact which is why this 5* rating is down to a 3*.
