I was generally very disappointed with this experience. The resort has a very confusing layout. Expect to do a ton of walking and get lost a few times. I would notice other guests wondering the halls also lost and irritated. Also, a resort of this quality should include daily housekeeping. I love having fresh towels and linens while traveling. I ended up doing a ton of laundry while I was there which is not what I want to be doing on vacation. Also, the staff was consistently unhelpful and unpleasant, except for those in the water park area. They did a nice job. The hallways around the resort look like service areas and are very unsightly and depressing. The room decor was unpleasant and poorly designed. The room layout was fine and the kitchen amenities were excellent. I did like the lobby area, and found it appealing.

We had ants in our room and it took two calls to get someone to come. VIP internet service was not working at all.
