This property is under new management and we thought it would have been in better condition now so we decided to stay. Scalding hot water in bathroom and now way to cool down. Deadbolt on door not working (complained about this the last trip). TV did not work again like last year and had to have technician come into room again to fix. Love the swimming pool there but was not warm at all but down right freezing. Being from Seattle I can stand cold water but not this pool! Gals at front desk were terrific I have to say. Night manager asked several times to come into room to deliver something to us - declined 4 times. Got uncomfortable for a moment - did he know my husband was in room? Breakfast buffet was given to us for compensation. It was icky. Did not feel safe there at all. Thought we would give it a try again because of new management but if they can't update deadbolts on doors within a years time I don't see other improvements happening any time soon. Will not stay there again.

The lobby was pretty. That’s the only good thing about this hotel. The staff was horrible! So rude! They booked us knowing they didn’t have the room we wanted. They did the same to everyone one else we talked to. The room smelled like death. I think there must’ve been mold or something in the vents b/c whenever you turned them on it made the smell much worse. I’d just like to state again how rude & neglectful the staff were! 😡😡 Terrible stay

After a long day at Disney I arrived with my family to only find out that the room that we reserve wasn't available. We know that hotels overbook but still they should try to accommodate the guests in a different room or hotel.That didn't not happen here and we were no the only ones.A long line of people in front on us were experiencing similar problems.Including people that reserved a month ago.The manager did no offered solutions at all. It was like I am sorry we can't do anything.This property doesn't not care about guests. Terrible experience. I wouldn't book here specially if you have little ones.
