    Our villa is two-story, fully air-conditioned, and fully equipped for a comfortable stay. All linens and towels are provided, along with an initial supply of soap, shampoo, toilet paper, paper towels, and dish soap.

    ONE BEDROOM AND A HALF / TWO BATH VILLA

    The set up of the rooms is ideal for families with small kids. You would have to pass through a smaller bedroom to access the master bedroom.

Cozy Villa

Myrtle’s home was very clean and comfortable. In a great location close to Universal and Disney. Just a few minutes from downtown Orlando made it very accessible for anything we needed. Very affordable and would stay there again!

Just what we needed for Disney

Clean, comfortable, perfect for a trip to Disney. Approximately 10-15 min drive to parks, lots of restaurants near by. Seemed like a good location. Check in and out were easy. Will def stay again!

Comfortable stay

We had a great stay at the location. This unit was perfect for our 3 member family with space to share. It was close to all the parks which helped us get to them faster. Myrtle was always reachable to address any of the questions.

Myrtle was a great host. We enjoyed visiting Orlando for vacation and coming back to a cute little villa. Myrtle was quick to respond and even allowed us to check-in early!

Great Location

Clean and tidy space. Great location that is close to lots of stores and attractions as well as a short drive into downtown. Easily accessible. Something worth mentioning is that the bedrooms are connected with one bathroom in one bedroom. That would be weird for some people. If we have a small group, we would stay here again.

Great Stay

We enjoyed staying at this condo while visiting SeaWorld, Aquatica and Discovery Cove. The drive to the parks was quick and easy and took only 5-10 minutes depending on time of day. The condo was small but perfectly adequate for relaxing at the end of the day and preparing breakfasts and dinners. The view out the patio doors was nice with flowering trees and water view. Condo was very clean. Would highly recommend. I did not find the location noisy at all. Parking spot was close to door of condo.

Myrtle was an excellent host, answered very quickly. Parking was so convenient - two assigned stalls very close to the townhouse! Location near Trader Joe’s, and I think Outlets, too, but we only did the parks. Right between Universal and Disney World! Quiet location, nice backyard view. Loved the drawers and counter space in the bathroom - made it so easy to keep my toiletries at hand and get ready faster! Plus the light was good - not like at some hotels where you’re in the dark! Could use a little more outlets in the bedrooms, but we really enjoyed our stay. Thank you, Myrtle!

Conference and theme parks

The flat is in a good, central location that made commuting easy. There was some mold in the upstairs bathroom on arrival, but the host sent a handyman to address this in a timely manner. The consumable items listed in the ad were extremely limited and of low quality. Ants and a cockroach were notes throughout the stay, although perhaps this may be normal in Florida homes. Otherwise, enjoyed our stay and word recommend as a functional accommodation.

Cute condo in great location

The condo is very neat and cute and the location is great, easy access to everything via car. Communication with the host was great, she answered my questions very quickly. We arrived very late at night and getting access was simple. The kitchen had everything we needed for quick meal prep and grocery stores are close by. Upstairs there are two bedrooms, and you have to walk through one to get to the other so it’s not super private. Not a problem for us. The pull out couch downstairs is super uncomfortable, the reason for only 4 stars. We also didn’t find linens for the pull out couch and ended up buying blankets. Downstairs couch aside, this is a great place for a small group and I recommend the condo and the lovely host.

Cute, comfortable and convenient

I stayed for five days with my two adult kids. The townhouse is cute and has all the basic necessities. Everything was clean and well-kept. The convenience factor was huge, too. Easy drive back and forth to airport, Universal, Icon Park and Gatorland. A Walmart down the street to stock up on snacks and groceries and many restaurants close by. Sunsets over the lake behind the townhouse were spectacular. It was nice for each of us to have our own bed with the two bedrooms and the convertible futon sofa bed in the living room that was easy to put up and down each day. Might feel a little crowded for more than 3 adults if you are planning to hang out at the townhouse a lot. There was an outdoor water leak that partially affected the entry walkway and required the water to be shut off a few times during our stay. Myrtle was very communicative about the work being done as she received updates from the property manager. Would stay again. Thank you!

Maybe "quaint" is the right word for the place. Mostly, a great find, but it has a few drawbacks. There are 2 bedrooms, but to get to one, you have to pass through the other. Fine for close families, but not great for ones wanting privacy. Walls between the two rooms has zero sound dampening. The sofa in the living space is woefully uncomfortable to sit on. I could not find any place to hang a towel. Other than that, it is clean and well stocked, and comes with 2 easy to use parking spaces.

We loved the location. Everything was very clean. The check in was super easy. One fun surprise was being able to walk out back to the lake and see the fireworks show each evening at Magic Kingdom and Epcot.
