Stunning Views from Pool

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home! The lake view from the pool deck was stunning and made relaxing by the pool even better. The house was spotless and very well kept. Martha was a great help when we had a little trouble with the TVs—she was quick to assist and made everything easy. Definitely a fantastic place to stay!

Well-located home near the parks

We had an incredible stay at this beautiful home! The house was modern, spacious, and spotlessly clean, with stylish décor and everything we needed for a comfortable getaway. The highlight for us was definitely the lake view and private pool—absolutely stunning! We spent our mornings enjoying coffee by the water and our afternoons relaxing poolside. It was peaceful and private, with a lovely outdoor space that felt like a true retreat. Inside, the home was well laid out and perfect for our group. The kitchen was fully equipped, the living area was bright and welcoming, and the bedrooms were all super comfortable. The modern touches throughout made it feel fresh and upscale. Our Kids loved the Harry Potter themed bedroom The location was also a huge plus—just a short drive to Disney, shopping, and restaurants, yet tucked away enough to be quiet and relaxing at the end of the day. Fantastic Family Retreat

We loved everything about 122 Hills Bay. From the moment we arrived to a sparkling home, to the delivery of our gift basket, to the quick resolution of a few minor issues, to the professional and friendly service on every interaction, we can't say enough good things about Ellis Exclusive and White Rose. This home offers lots of space to spread out, with two living areas! The backyard is the crown jewel, with comfortable patio furniture, a covered deck and a large heated pool that was enjoyed daily. Fantastic appliances were put to good use. A few more kitchen utensils would have been helpful (steak knives, cheese grater, small saucepan, small flipper,better coffee mugs) but none of this would stop us from recommending this property and returning again. Nice central location to shopping and groceries. Quiet neighborhood. Thanks to the owners and the management company - Great Job! Great Home!
