Sunny pool home with private deck - great location

Heavenly Venture

A comfortable 4 bedroom pool home with private deck and no rear neighbors, located less than 20 mins from Disney within the peaceful community of Hillcrest.

The living room has plush sofa seating with large screen TV and looks out to the pool deck. The kitchen has been updated with stainless steel appliances and is stocked with everything you may need to cater for your family. There is an table and chairs to seat 8 people for a meal.

Outdoors, the sunny deck has an open view and offers privacy. A variety of seating is provided to enjoy the Florida sunshine. Pool heating is available – please inquire for cost.

The master bedroom boasts a kingsize bed, walk-in closet and ensuite bathroom. There are two queen bedrooms, plus a twin room for the kids. All bedrooms have TVs.

Hillcrest is a peaceful community just off US27, less than 20 mins drive from Disney and less than 30 mins to Universal, SeaWorld and International Drive. Walmart and Publix supermarkets are both closeby, as well as a wide selection of restaurants to suit all tastes, especially along US192 just a few minutes away.
