Best house I’ve stayed in

I cannot say enough good things about this property. The pictures are accurate and the descriptions are spot on. We stayed for my wedding in Orlando and the house worked perfect. It has everything you need.

Home needs some TLC

We rented this house for 9 days in June of 2022. We will not return. Pros: Owner was very responsive to a small handful of issues we had. The neighborhood is. generally very quiet and there were no loud noises at night. The pool area was very private and had nice landscaping. Cons: The house is older and needs TLC. The pictures make it look very nice, but look a bit closer and you'll see that it is not totally clean. Examples include air vents that are very dark and look like they haven't been cleaned in many years, macaroni and cheese on the ground underneath the outdoor table, crumbs in drawers, and dust on shelves. The game room isn't very user friendly because the light is incredibly dim and the air hockey table wouldn't work for us. We saw multiple cockroaches and a frog inside the home. Another major concern was that the filter in the bottom of the pool didn't have a cover. When the worker came to clean the pool I inquired about whether there was any safety concern. She informed me that it did prevent a significant safety risk and that I should warn my four children to stay away from that part of the pool. That really put a damper on our ability to enjoy the pool. The pool worker informed me that the filter cover had been missing for months despite her communication with the owner that the cover needs to be placed properly over the filter to prevent injury. Seems like a simple fix to me to ensure the safety of children using the pool, but it's yet another example of how the property needs attention. We've stayed at multiple vacation rentals in Kissimmee and this was the least enjoyable.

vacation home for Disney

My boyfriend and I had a great time staying here. The house was clean overall; the host provided most of the things we needed for our 11-days stay, plenty of towels and kitchen supplies. We didn't get to enjoy the pool and the game room because the water was too cold, and because we saw a roach running across as soon as we opened the garage door so I didn't step foot in there again. Overall we had an amazing time and we would stay here the next time we visit Disney again.
