Not what I expected
Front door does not lock, safe did not work, beds are uncomfortable, very outdated, communication with owners was not good. Only thing that was great was the community pool. My toddlers loved it.

Great Stay!
This is a very quiet resort community. The house is exactly as it is in the photos and YouTube video. It's located directly across from the clubhouse. It was very spacious for our family and worked great for us. The kids loved having the pool out back. Communication was quick with the owner and any issues were taken care of quickly. Would recommend to others and stay again.

Great place! Resort facilities were great. House itself was clean and homey. Lots of kitchen supplies which usually is lacking in many places but this place had lots. Plenty of space for a family. We were only 3 people so we didn’t even have to use all rooms. Loved it and would definitely come back.

Best time ever!
The home was almost as described except the pool which was small and only 4 ft deep I guess if we had little ones it would make sense. Overall the home was super clean and accommodating we were a party of four and had our own bathrooms very helpful. Only used 4 bedrooms very comfy with two of them having r suites. Great home away from home
Our stay was EVERYTHING! We were there for D2 Summitt Cheer Championship. From the time we checked in at the gate in which the security was super nice… the process was so smooth. As for the house, it’s just as pictured. Extremely spacious. Everyone had their own room and bathroom. The best part was being located directly across from the club house which had everything you needed… pool, tennis courts, basketball court, playground (my toddler was too excited about it), game room, movie theater. I thought it was really cool how they show kids movies in the theater. The bar manager Alberto was AMAZING! The entire property staff was top notch. The host communication was A1. We had some minor issues but nothing that stopped us from enjoying ourselves. I will definitely be booking again!

Great customer service.
We got to Orlando early, and Tim was very accomodating. There was even a slight issue with the security letting us in due to the early arrival, and Tim hopped on the phone when them super fast and it was resolved within minutes. Would love to stay here again.

Family Vacation
We left Wisconsin in January for the promise of Florida sun and did it ever deliver! This unit is so close to the clubhouse, we swam in the pool almost everyday, watched several movies in the onsite theater and played in the arcade. We had some hiccups at the beginning of our stay, but Tim was quick to rectify them and we eneded up having an absolutely magical week. I can't say enough good things about our experience.

Check-in was different, but great stay
The check-in instructions included a gate code, but it didn’t seem to work. Instead, we checked in with the attendant at the guard house who provided us with a pass we could simply scan to lift the gate during the duration of our stay. Very small hiccup. Across the driveway from the home had a playground for kids and a small waterpark. Super convenient. The house was exactly as advertised. Would definitely stay again.

Great vacation with family
We loved this place we each had our own bathrooms and pool was nice after long day at the parks we loved the ponds and the nature walks at the resort we loved seeing the birds outside the unit in morning!! Location was convenient to everything.my youngest daughter is handicapped so was nice having two rooms downstairs beside each other so allowed me to be close.We hope to come back again sometime we were bummed the huge pool was being renovated it looked so nice and they we’re finishing work on it and filling it the day we left 😢 thank you so much for sharing your place!

Condo was very clean all the amenities were clean and not over used. There place is in the perfect spot close to everything. The club house had great food and drinks big pool temperature was perfect. If we do this next year I will try to book them again and not do any parks and save a ton of money and just relax there is so much to do on site the kids had a blast. Thanks for a great stay. There were 7 adults and 2 children plenty of beds for everyone it was so nice no one wanted to go home.

Good until the end
Everything was as stated. The area was nice the house was perfect and everything was right across the street. The process was great and the perfect getaway for my birthday weekend!! I didn’t have any problems and until I was home getting settled and was being charged for what I know was a lie. We made sure everything was cleaned and trashed before leaving the property. I am not sure what the cleaning people do but they are definitely trying to rack up extra money from people from what I gather. I hate it because I wanted to book this property again next year!! We had such a nice time!!

Wonderful place to stay.
We really enjoyed out stay here. The host were very responsive to our questions. Check in and out was a breeze. There were a total of 8 people in our group; 6 adults and two teenagers. Home was large enough to cater to all our needs. The photos and listing was on point for the place was exactly as listed. It is located in a secure location. The security staff were very polite and very welcoming and quick to have you turn around if not supposed to be there was amazing to see not everyone or anyone can come on property unless you are on the list of guests. Loved having King and Queen beds forall adult and teen aged children. There were 5 bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms. No issues with one able to use a bathroom. Huge plus of all the bathrooms you can unpack your things and not worried about sharing with several people. Having a kitchen pretty fully stocked was very nice with appliances such as refrigerator, stove, oven, dishwasher, toster, coffee maker, kurage, waffle maker, blender, etc.. There is a full size washer and dryer. We enjoyed this place very much. Plenty of room for all and was just as advised. Another bonus is the community pool, with bar, small restaurant, a convenient store, movie room that plays 3 movies a day, volleyball court, basketball, play ground. The pool felt amazing and had two hot tubs with a water fall. Plenty of seating with umbrellas at the pool. Very nice getaway for our family and our family friends that joined us. Would stay again

Wonderful stay!
We had an amazing experience during our stay and enjoyed the accessibility to the amenities across the street such as the pool, tiki bar and indoor movie theater. The check-in process was very easy with everything being centrally located at the Main desk. The home was professionally cleaned, kept a good temperature, there was plenty of space for our family of 10, and it was about a 15-20 min drive to Disney. We loved it !
