• POOL HEAT:

Heating is available for $35 per day (plus tax) with a 5-day minimum and must be requested at least 48 hours in advance. Please note the attached spa is not a hot tub—it does not have jets, and it heats to the same temperature as the pool, not exceeding 90°F. The heating system uses heat exchange, which does not operate in temperatures below 50°F. No refunds will be provided if the pool does not reach the desired temperature in cold weather.



• GRILL:

Please note. Some of our homes may be pictured with a gas bbq grill or outdoor built in grill. If guests wish to use the grills, it is the guest's responsibility to clean the grill and replenish the propane tank if needed. A $50 charge will be applied if grills are left unclean. Exchange refill propane tanks can be purchased at numerous local locations. If the grill is locked up, then it is not to be used by guests as it is the homeowner's personal grill. If you would like to have a grill for your vacation, we can arrange a rental grill for your stay.

Home away from home

We are regulars at this property and as per usual, loved the location, amenities and experience. This is why we visit Florida. Just like home! Only recommendations for improvement is to fix the outdoor ceiling fans. The outdoor space is nice so the fans would add to the comfort for guest. Overall, we will be back. Thanks for great customer service.

Memorial Holiday Stay

My family and I really enjoyed this location as it was within feet or literally a couple miles for stores or you name it... The house was plenty big for my family. We would rent this property again.

Overall a good stay

Overall our trip was pretty great!! There were some minor issues: the check in process could have been smoother. We were not given a QR code or gate code to enter the resort and the buzzer did not work. So going in and out of the gate was somewhat of a challenge. When we finally entered the property, there was a sort of stale smell which went away after we opened the doors and sprayed air freshener. The pool was dirty upon arrival but management sent someone out to fix it pretty quickly. Other than those minor inconveniences, the house was perfect for our family with plenty of room to spare.

Big house/dirty

When we arrive we noticed the stove cooktop was cracked and dirty (egg and crumbs on the stove). I called the management company to report it (per the arrival instructions). I was told that it had been broken since September. This isn’t mentioned in the listing nor were we ever told about it via email. Three burners did still work, not sure how safe this is. They did send someone over to clean the stovetop and offered a refund (check has yet to arrive). The game room also had crumbs everywhere that we had to clean and sweep the floor. It’s a large house with plenty of room and the pool was nice. There is a community pool about 2 blocks down that we used the day the house pool had chemicals put in it.
