Spacious 5BR Villa w/ South-Facing Pool, Spa & Game Room Near Disney

Welcome to your Florida vacation getaway! This spacious 5-bedroom, 4-bath villa in Clermont’s sought-after Orange Tree community is perfect for families or groups up to 10. With a south-facing screened pool and spa, two master suites with private pool access, and a fully equipped kitchen, this home has everything for a relaxing stay. Enjoy a large Smart TV, fast WiFi, game room with pool table and darts, and even baby equipment (crib, high chair, strollers). Located just off Highway 27, you’re minutes from shops, restaurants, and Disney parks. The community also features tennis courts, pickleball courts and play areas for the kids.


Note:
There is an additional cost for heating the pool and spa.

This property is NOT pet friendly. Please note: if we find an unauthorized pet in the home, we will ask for it to be removed immediately and charged an additional Non-Refundable fee of $500 and in some cases can be up to $1,000.

Trailers, RVs, boats, business company logos vehicles are NOT permitted on the premises and could result in an imposed $100.00 / daily fee and up to possible eviction with no refund.

In lieu of security deposits, we apply an Accidental Damage Waiver to every reservation for your peace of mind. The fee of $100 covers up to $750.00 in limited accidental damages. Exceptions include but are not limited to acts of God, intentional acts, negligent conduct, and pet damage. Inquire for more information.

Great house for everything

Very Good Choice

Other than Florida cold snap, this house is everything that we wanted it to be. Hot tub was actually Hot, right away without any extra questions asked. Very nice house which presented just as shown on VRBO.

Awesome Villa

Let me start by saying Mrs. Yvonne/Mr. Clive are wonderful host! Great communication. They did a wonderful job making us feel welcome into their home. Thank you! Now the picture on the site does not do justice. My favorite part of the home besides the pool area is the great room. I fell in love with the skylight the natural lighting during the day. You will have more than enough space for a family of 5+. The kiddos love having their own space. The neighborhood was quiet and private which was a plus. This is a lovely home we will be back

A slice of paradise in Clermont

We totally enjoyed our family stay in Yvonne's home. Comfortable beds, equipped kitchen, GREAT pool area. Pool heating was perfect, keeping a warm luxury when temperatures dipped at night but NO issues even first dip in the morning. Would we go back...YES. The only observation re TV's ... no local network cable style access...,SO ...bring your home FireStick or such if watching network TV matters...it did not for us as we were a quick 15-20 minuite drive from Disneyworld ..which was our purpose for this vacation! Thank you Yvonne !

Lots of room, nice pool, house is nicer than pictures!

We had a great stay! I think the house is actually nicer than the pictures show. It is huge and it was great for my older kids to have their own space. The pool area is great and there is lots of seating. We paid to heat the pool and we don’t regret that at all. The neighborhood is really nice and feels very safe. There are some good options nearby for food (publix) and restaurants as well. We typically stay on property when we go to the parks and didn’t intend to do the parks this time. We did add one universal day and we left at 7:00 am. We were parked by 7:45. This was perfect to arrive on time for rope drop.

Lovely villa close all amenities and Disney

We booked this villa for our family, myself, husband and daughter and my son and his wife and 3 children. The villa was very spacious and everything you needed was already thought of and provided. Regarding the bedrooms there were three bedrooms on one side of the villa and two bedrooms on the other which worked very well for us, 4 bathrooms another big plus. The villa was spotless and the pool and spa was a big welcome after a busy day. It was a short drive to Disney as we did it every day. There is a Publix and Walmart superstore very close by. The property doesn’t come with a bbq, Yvonne provided us with a company to deliver a bbq on hire. There is a games room in the garage which with the glorious weather we didn’t use.

Great home in Clermont!

We selected this property based on the amenities and many other positive reviews for our Spring Break 2024. The home exceeded our expectations. The pictures didn't do the home justice and it had a wow factor when we walked in with spacious and comfortable rooms. Yvonne did an incredible job communicating and sharing detailed information we would need for our stay. We felt welcomed and called it home for the week. We really appreciated the neighborhood. While close to the Disney parks and every store imaginable, it was a quiet and safe neighborhood that wasn't inside the hustle and bustle of Disney. . The family had plenty of room to spread out in the home. With two teens, they loved having their own private spaces. The adults enjoyed the hot tub after clocking countless steps at Universal. We truly enjoyed our time, the comforts of home and the hospitality. We will be back!

Fantastic villa!

A fantastic villa, very well stocked with everything you could possibly need! Lovely pool and spa area outside that we used every day. A great location, not too far from any of the attractions and close by to several big supermarkets. We had an amazing trip and would definitely stay at this villa again.

Lovely vacation
