* Guests have private access to the house and backyard with private splash pool, as well as all resort amenities
* Some resort amenities require additional fee charged by resort personnel
* No gate code or wristband required to access the pool and resort clubhouse
* Food and beverage at the resort clubhouse are not included
★ PARKING ★
* 2 vehicle maximum in front of the unit
* Additional parking is available at the ends of the building
* Commercial vehicles, RVs, Trailers, Buses, Golf carts, recreational vehicles, or watercraft are not permitted at Solara Resort
★ ACCESS ★
* Access to the entire house except for cleaning closet and mechanical closets

* Heater works through HEAT EXCHANGE and DOES NOT heat as well in very cold weather. If you still would like to heat the pool during cold conditions and it does not reach the desired temperature, we will not be able to offer a refund.

* Check-in: any time after 4 pm on day of arrival
* Check-out: by 11 am of day of departure
* Quiet time: 10 pm-8 am
★ KNOW BEFORE YOU BOOK ★
* All guests must be 25 years old or older (children with parents are allowed).
* 12-person maximum occupancy.
* No pets (no exceptions). You will be charged $500 if you bring a pet.
* No smoking of any kind inside the cabin (no exceptions). You will be charged up to $5,000 for additional cleaning and smell remediation.
* No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/acts of god/other things that are beyond our control.
* A starter package of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, and dishwasher and laundry are provided. You may need to buy more
* Please stop by the nearest supermarket to gather any additional items you may need for the duration of your stay
* There’s a gas grill by our private pool
★ HURRICANE SEASON ★
* Hurricane season is June 1–November 30. If traveling during these dates, we strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance, either through VRBO or from another insurer, with coverage for natural disasters.
* While hurricanes rarely impact the Orlando area, they may impact your personal travel getting to the area.
* Refunds are not provided for weather-related trip delays, unless there is an evacuation order in the vicinity of this property.
* Travel insurance can protect you from circumstances that may hinder you getting to the property, such as flight delays or cancellations.
★ ONLINE PURCHASE ★
* You may make purchases for delivery at the resort. However, if the online seller uses USPS, it will not get delivered as the Post Office does not recognize vacation homes as regular addresses and the package will be returned back to the sender.
* Only UPS, DHL and FEDEX delivers in the resort
* In some cases, the packages are delivered to the clubhouse. Fees may apply.
