Florida’s warm climate is one of the reasons so many people love visiting, but it also means that bugs are a natural part of life here. To help minimize this, our home receives regular professional pest control service, and we provide bug spray for your convenience.

Please help us keep the home bug-free by ensuring that all doors, especially the pool area sliding doors, are closed immediately after entering or exiting. Even with preventative measures in place, it is impossible to guarantee that an occasional bug will not find its way inside.

If you happen to encounter a bug in the home, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and will make every reasonable effort to address the situation promptly. However, because insects are a normal part of Florida’s environment and are beyond our complete control, refunds will not be issued due to the presence of bugs.

Our pool is professionally serviced weekly to ensure it stays sparkling clean. After storms (which happen here in Florida), some leaves or debris may be present until the next scheduled cleaning. Rest assured, we do everything we can to keep it fresh and ready for your enjoyment.

**Pool Heating & Weather Disclaimer**

The heated pool is provided as a complimentary amenity at no additional charge. While we will make every effort to keep the pool heater functioning properly and promptly address any issues, repairs may be delayed due to technician availability, parts availability, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control. No refunds, discounts, or credits will be provided if the pool heater is not working or if the pool does not reach the desired temperature during your stay.

Florida weather can be unpredictable, and storms may cause leaves, debris, insects, and other materials to accumulate in the pool. Although the pool is professionally serviced on a regular basis, storms can occur after a cleaning has been completed. The filtration system will remove debris and insects over time, but this process may take several hours or longer depending on conditions. No refunds, discounts, or credits will be provided due to pool conditions resulting from weather, storms, debris, insects, or temporary inability to use the pool.
