This is a self-catering home. We provide a starter supply of essentials (dishwasher tabs, hand soap, toilet paper, trash bags), but guests are responsible for replenishing items such as shampoo, laundry detergent, extra paper products, and additional consumables during their stay. The lead guest must be 25+ years old, and all loose trash must be bagged and placed in the outdoor bin before departure.

– Spa heats only when pool heat is purchased and is limited to 100°F.

**No Smoking & No Pets**
Smoking of any kind (including vaping) and pets are strictly prohibited. Violations result in a USD 450.00 + tax sanitation fee and may require guests to vacate without refund.
No Pets: Pets are not allowed in the home. If a pet is in the home, the guests will be asked to vacate the property without a refund.
A cleaning fee of USD 550.00 plus tax will be assessed to any guest violating the pet policy to cover extra costs for sanitizing the home.
