Complimentary tennis racquet and balls as well as Volley ball equipment is provided at the Clubhouse for your convenience. Arrangements can be made for fishing poles if you choose to fish during your stay. It is a catch and release Lake.

Close to Champions Gate, Posner Park shopping and Publix Plaza, World Class Golf Courses, and perfectly located within 20-30 minutes of all of the popular parks such as Disney World (19 minutes), Universal (26 minutes), SeaWorld (23 minutes), and Orlando Tree Trek Adventure Park (10 minutes).

Close to World-Famous Golf Courses and loads of shopping. Walmart is only 5 minutes away ...We are close to Hospitals and Medical Facilities as well.

The Village of Clermont is 15 minutes away and is set around a lake that offers loads of Weekend Activities including local Restaurants

Home is equipped with keyless smart locks and alarm. Access is typically the last 4 digits of the primary guest phone number. There are 2 exterior cameras....one in the front of the property facing the driveway and one in the back for security reasons. None of our cameras faces the inside of the house.

Sleeping arrangements
This five-bedroom home in the Orlando Area comfortably sleeps up to 14 guests and includes two master suites. The main master suite on the first floor features a king bed, direct access to the pool area, and a spacious bathroom with a soaking tub, rain shower, and bidet. Upstairs, the second master suite also offers a king bed. Additional bedrooms include a Mickey-themed twin room, a beach-themed room with two queen beds, and a fifth bedroom with a queen bed. A queen sofa bed in the living area provides additional sleeping space. Each bedroom includes a Smart TV, ceiling fan, and dedicated storage.

Living spaces
The central living area brings together the kitchen, dining space, and family room in one open setting. A sectional sofa and 65 inch HDTV create a comfortable place to gather for movie nights or downtime. For quieter moments, a dedicated workspace with wifi and ethernet is located in a separate room with a door, making it easy to focus when needed.

Kitchen & dining
The kitchen offers a full setup for preparing meals during your stay, with a spacious layout that flows easily into the dining area. A nearby dining table creates a natural place for shared meals, conversation, and planning the day ahead.

Outdoor living
Step outside to your private screened pool and spa, available year-round. Pool and spa heating are available for an additional fee. The outdoor area includes seating, umbrellas, a private BBQ grill, and an outdoor dining space for enjoying time together. A convenient half bathroom is accessible directly from the pool deck, and the backyard offers additional open space for relaxing.

Entertainment & family features
The air-conditioned game room is designed for all ages, with a pool table, ping pong table, arcade games, game console, and more. A children’s playroom and outdoor playground add to the experience, along with family essentials such as a crib, Pack ’n play/Travel crib, high chair, and baby safety features. The home includes central air conditioning and heating, free washer and dryer in-unit, and a private entrance. Guests have access to nearby resort amenities, including a shared gym, courts, and lake access. Parking includes free driveway space for up to four vehicles, along with additional street parking.

Breakfast is provided during your stay, and housekeeping is available at an extra cost. Self check-in is available with a smart lock for convenience. The home is pet-friendly and allows for long-term stays, making it well suited for extended visits in the Orlando Area.
