Spend your days RELAXING in the sun out back in the private screened-in lanai with pool/spa. COOK at home, in fully equipped kitchen. Have FUN, quality family time in the game room or visit one of the many nearby attractions.
Close to Disney World, Sea World, Universal Studio. 20+ golf courses within 20 miles.

Four bedroom with two en-suite king master bedrooms, free WiFi, cable TV, 55" HD SmartTV in living room, 32" smart TVs in each bedroom, kid-friendly, club house, 5-star resort.

We work in conjunction with a family owned local property manager to provide a clean, comfortable and convenient experience with everything you need for a wonderful stay.

This non-smoking villa has four bedrooms, including two en-suite king masters, two Disney themed bedrooms each with two twin beds, three full baths, and a private Pool/Spa w/optional heat at an additional cost of $25 per day.
It is located in the exclusive Emerald Island Resort, 10 minutes drive to Disney World and other popular area attractions.
Over 20 Golf courses within 20 miles,
One hour away from Cape Canaveral and the Kennedy Space Center
Just over an hour drive to Cocoa Beach and Daytona, or to Clearwater Beach on the Gulf Coast .
One mile away is grocery shopping, many dining options, and more. Target and Wal-Mart are 2 miles away.

This villa offers both the comforts of home along with the resort amenities you have been looking at for your vacation. Whether you want to lounge by the pool, take the kids to the playground, keep in shape at the fitness center, play some tennis or volleyball, or just simply relax after a day at the parks or challenging day at the golf courses; this is your home away from home.

The pool has an attached jetted Spa, for the ultimate relaxation. (Only heated when pool /spa heat is requested at $25/day)
Everything is fully-screened to keep the bugs out but allow sunshine in.
The pool also comes fitted with a child safety fence.
Handrails for ease and comfort when entering and exiting the pool and spa.
Barbeque propane grill (if propane is empty we will gladly refill but you can expect a 24 hour turn around for a refill, you are free to get refill yourself if needed quicker.

Linens, bath towels, pool towels and pillows are provided.
This house is considered self catering. Starter toilet paper, paper towels and soap are provided. Any additional paper towels, toilet paper or soap that is needed will need to be provided by you.

All trash must be in a 13 gallon bag before going in trash can per resort policy.

Disney vacation

Thoroughly enjoyed this property with 4 adults and 2 kids aged 7 and 9. The small issues we had with the hot tub heating were dealt with in a fast and very responsive way! We had a blast and would stay here again!

Great place conveniently located to all Disney attractions

Stayed from Sunday through Saturday and was able to conveniently go in and out of all Disney attractions within 20-25 mins. Pool and hot tub offered a great distraction after the park and even allowed us to come back mid day and hit the parks again in the evening!

We stayed at the house with 2 adults and 2 children. We originally planned 6 people total and would have been very comfortable. The neighborhood was nice to walk around. The house was clean and had everything we were looking for.

Amazing family holiday home

We had an amazing time staying here, we were 3 separate ‘groups’ within the one family and the layout of 2x bedrooms with en suites and the 2 twin rooms having the bathroom made a perfect layout for us!We paid for heating the pool in March and it was amazing - the hot tub was well worth it after a day walking around theme parks and the actual pool could feel like a bath. The safety fence was a major requirement for us with my toddler wanting to continuously be in the pool!We really appreciated the Mickey Waffle maker - made the kids’ breakfasts so fun!USB charge ports in the house made life easier - and a good selection of tv channels (but we signed in to Disney).The host was so fast to communicate over the VRBO app. We had an issue with the general cleanliness of the place - when we arrived the usual ‘daily clean’ places of the bathrooms and floors had clearly been well cleaned - but we found the place in need of a good deep spring clean. We had to buy a disinfectant spray - which I thought would be provided to help people stay on top of general cleaning! The host returned the cleaners for us which improved the place.The actual resort was lovely to be in and we loved the children’s play areas. Great access to many restaurants, supermarkets and close enough to the Disney parks!We had an amazing time here and hope you also enjoy yourself here!

Disney Vacation

My family and I travelled here July 2023 with our two kids aged 7&9 to visit Disney and Universal. Overall, the house is an awesome location, Emerald Island is our go to. If it wasn’t for Florida traffic you could be to Disney in 10 min. We did have some minor problems upon arriving to the house BUT the communication with Scott and the property manager were 5 stars!! The issues did not affect our vacation at all because of Scott’s willingness to have it looked after immediately! The house was in good shape and matched the pictures on the Ad. The kids (and us) enjoyed the pool and also having the BBQ was a bonus! Not many places provide this anymore. Overall, the house was great, clean, safe, and fun. Would definitely recommend it and would for sure stay again!

Disney Trip

Great stay at a nice place! My party included my 3 teen kids (19,18,15), husband, and myself. We live in a 5bd house so finding a place to stay for a week where everyone had their own space was important to us. We value privacy and quiet which is why we did not opt to stay on property at Disney. Positives: Game room- Was a nice place to hang out and even when it got cold outside, it was a nice temp in game room. Had pool, foosball, and a mini basketball game. Hot tub - We paid to have pool heated and used the hot tub a lot. Was easy to operate and there are shrubs on 2 of 3 sides of house for privacy. Kitchen - Plenty of dishes and even things like pitchers and mixing bowls. Quiet - Resort has quiet hours. I was worried with pool that some other houses may have loud guests (a reason we never get pool view at hotels), but we lucked out and it was quiet each morning. Ease of checking in - Property was ready on time and getting pass for gate was simple with no wait. Arrived about 15mins to 4pm. Location to parks - No I4 needed. No issues with traffic leaving or coming back each day. Kids ubered a few times by themselves and had no issues getting ride-share in the gate. Negatives: Honestly, no negatives that the host could control. Water line broke up the street, and was fixed a few hours later. Electricity went out another day for 2hrs. Needed heat turned on and host was very responsive and did this remotely. Great stay, hoping to return next year!

Family vacation place to stay!!!!

This house is perfect for a multigenerational family vacation. The rooms are perfect and the layout is fantastic. We love the location. The gate staff has been amazing. The distance to Dinsey the Expo and the airport is beyond perfect. We have used Uber a couple of times and that turned out to be beyond easy and convenient. We walked to the pool house and enjoyed the walk. The lady working at the clubhouse was absolutely awful in every way possible, we have informed the owner about that employee's made-up rules and behavior just to make him aware but this has no reflection on this property or the location. We have even taken advantage of booking a couples massage simply by calling the number on the sign at the clubhouse, 2 hours later, two amazing and very professional massage therapists arrived at the residence after only sliding the coffee table aside and turning on zen music on the TV which was easy to find, we were able to have the best massage ever. This house is perfect for traveling with little children as young as 5 months. I am sensitive to noise, and I can say with most confidence that we didn't hear the baby cry or the children return home past bedtime from Disney, not even once, the walls and the layout are perfect for that. I sadly ran out of time, but there was something I wanted to do in the kitchen to help make your house even better. I was hoping to get a pack of Adhesive Cabinet Door Bumper Pads for all your kitchen cabinets.Those doors slam loud real bad

Had an amazing stay. The location to Disney and the house itself was perfect for our two families. It had ample space and came with all the amenities we needed and more. The pool was a huge hit with the kids and the location was nestled in a quiet community. The house does need to have a good clean though as there was some obviously areas that needed attention and a deep clean. But other than that we would definitely return!
