This newly renovated sought after location in Centre Court Ridge is professional done. New flooring, shiplap installed, living room furniture, kitchen cabinets, counters, dishwasher and backsplash. Also communal bathroom completely redone for a fresh and modern feel.
Fairway and Fantasy Rental Vacations provides access to all the amenities of the Exclusive Reunion Resort & Club. Relax and enjoy while being our guest in this newly decorated 3BR/3BA condominium located in the prestigious Centre Court Ridge community-only 5.5 miles from Walt Disney World, Animal Kingdom and Epcot.

BEDROOMS:
The spacious KING-sized Master Suite is situated on the 2nd floor with private access onto the balcony overlooking the 13th green of Tom Watson’s Independence signature golf course. The fully tiled bathroom has a Jacuzzi tub, separate shower and double sinks. For early risers, enjoy sitting outside on the balcony while watching a dozen beautifully colored Hot-Air Balloons fly over you!

-The Second bedroom has a QUEEN-size bed, a private FULL-size bathroom includes a tub/shower combo.

-The Third bedroom has 2 FULL-size beds, perfect for kids or singles.
ALL bedrooms are equipped with a 32' LCD TV, a DVD player, a ceiling fan, ample closet space, a hair dryer and custom bedding with Egyptian cotton sheets.

LIVING AREA:
This spacious Living Area comes with a 47' LCD TV, Blue-Ray DVD player and cable TV. The formal dining area seats six and opens directly off the kitchen, perfect for entertaining with family and friends. For extra sleeping, we also have a QUEEN-sized sleeper sofa for added comfort.

*Note: FREE high speed wireless internet service is accessible throughout the condominium.

KITCHEN:
A well-equipped kitchen includes granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, brand new refrigerator, new dishwasher, microwave, blender, coffee maker, toaster, oven and cooking range and plenty of cupboard space. There are ample cooking pots and pans, utensils, glassware including plastic glasses for dining on the balcony. A separate laundry area houses the automatic full size washing machine and dryer, iron/ironing board and washing detergent for your convenience.
*A Peg Perego High Chair is available upon request for infants and toddlers for easier feedings.

ABOUT THE RESORT:
Reunion Resort is the only 24 hour private gated resort in the world with signature golf courses by Arnold Palmer, Jack Nicklaus and Tom Watson. Don’t miss the multi-million dollar Water Park, a short walk from our condo. Relax and enjoy floating down the Lazy River, ride down twisting water slides or take a stroll on the wooden boardwalk. Pair that with full food and beverage service, colorful tropical landscaping, both sunny and shaded lounge areas available. And don’t miss great family activities scheduled Monday through Saturday from 9:00AM to 4:00 PM at KIDS CREW adjacent to the Water Park, you have something to please kids of all ages. OR walk a few steps from the condominium and enjoy a newly constructed pool and jacuzzi especially for guests at Centre Court Ridge.

ACTIVITIES:
Reunion Resort's largest neighborhood pool serves as an activity hub for the entire resort. Dive into cooling waters (heated during the winter), or relax in one of two jacuzzis. Seven Eagles also offers poolside dining at the Pavilion Bar & Grille, gorgeous views of the golf courses, outdoor billiards and a game room. Beach towels provided at condominium, all others towels provided by resort located at Seven Eagles Pool and Water Park.
Get your workout in with state-of-the-art cardio and weight training equipment. Reunion also offers weekly yoga, aqua fitness classes and personal training.
Tennis lovers, enjoy the convenience of walking steps from our condo into the Tennis Pro Shop and six clay courts to play on.

Other Activities: Conveniently located 1 mile off the Interstate Hwy #4, it is a easy 15 minute drive to Sea World and The Aquatica.

Great property perfect for three bathroom families, in the secondary master suite, the water drain down the sink the little slowly, but eventually made it other than that. The trip was excellent.

Our stay at Reunion was fantastic. Check-in was easy and in the blink of an eye we had access to all the resort amenities, 6 restaurants, and 7 pools. The villa was spacious, cutely designed and clean. All the basic kitchen necessities were stockedas well as a keurig, which we took full advantage of. Balcony overlooking the Watson course 13th hole was a very cool perk. Kids and wife had an amazing time and we will definitely be back.

My family has grown out of the hotel room experience. I appreciate them having their own rooms and plenty of bathrooms for all of us. The living room and kitchen are bonding space for all of us, like a vacation within a vacation.

It was ok

The resort itself was good. The apartment we had was dirty when we arrived and we couldnt get a hold of anyone until tbe next day. There was also a 2 inch gap at the front door so we had mosquitoes and gnats. Hot water didnt kast long at all and if your going through the change of life and always hot then youll want to wait to visit because your not supposed to touch the thermostat and leave it on 72 or the unit will freeze up.

We loved staying here and will definitely recommend and come again. The community was so perfect for kids. The pool was just across the parking lot and reunion waterpark and amenities were all 2 mins away. The beds were really comfortable and the place had a really good layout for a larger group. Great condo in Reunion

We love to stay at Reunion when visiting Orlando. This condo was just as advertised. The unit has some rooms that have been updated and is very clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

We were in town for a junior golf tournament for our son. The property was everything we needed and more. Location was perfect as he was playing on the Watson course. The property overlooks the 13th green. We highly recommend this property, would definitely stay there again! 5 star for sure!

Clean and great location!

Easy check in with a keypad on the door. Clean apartment. We primarily went to use the waterpark at Reunion Resort with our kids. It was about a 0.4 mile walk to the waterpark but you can drive over as well. The condo was great and met all of our expectations. Reunion Resort was great as well and extremely easy to get our visitor wristbands and parking passes for our vehicles.

Amazing Getaway

This our second time staying in this condo and it won’t be our last. Plenty of space for parents and teenagers to spread out. Everything is close by and the condo is squeaky clean. We needed to add a day to our stay and they were able to accommodate us so easily. Communication is great. I can’t wait to come back. Thanks for everything!

Great Stay!

We really enjoyed our stay here. It wasn't as fully stocked as the places we've stayed in the past, so we had to go out and buy some disposable pans, spices and other things so we could cook. Other than that, it was very nice. Plenty of room for six adults to relax and visit. The community hot tub was great - both times we visited, there were no other people there. I wasn't impressed by the resort pool. The people who work there were very rude - but not letting that affect my rating.
