Traveling Triumphs and Troubles

Overall, my stay was very good! There were just a few things I thought were important to mention, especially for those who are planning a trip (which for me consumed both my time and money). If you pay with a credit card, your payment will likely not process the 100% deposit, as the company collects at time of checking (always check with your credit card company). Make sure you confirm with the owner in writing (or text in most cases- save it), if you're needing to check in earlier than 3pm. There was some miscommunication/or misunderstanding with my request and resulted in a flight change (worked out better for me, thanks to a customer first airline), however, that may not always be the case with other airlines. Towels were provided, however, if you need additional towels it may cost you $5 each. Now that that's out of the way, I absolutely LOVED the location, the property, friendly and family oriented environment, and the owner was good at keeping in communication with me via text/or phone call. There were at least two women I spoke with during the duration of my planning our family trip. The second female didn't seem as knowledgeable and when I began asking questions pertaining to my stay, she hung up on me...twice!! She apologized some time later, and admitted to driving while also attempting to process my early payment for my stay on the property. I was overcharged $10. I was however, accommodated by being able to check in at 12:30pm with my 2 children.

Property was very clean and confortable. Sofa bed needs an update but i am contacting them again in a couple of months to stay again. Only a couple minutes from the disney parks and restaurants . Very happy with our experience

Above all the management staff was ery helpful in every way .i liked the location and the feeling of being home instead of a hotel room. The ameneties was excellent and clean . Everything i could hoped for . I highly recommend this place for everyone . The place is located witin 5 minutes of disney and all major restaurants and retail stores.

Parece bonito mas é um pesadelo

Experiência péssima! O local não tem recepção e eles me mandaram uma senha da porta que estava errada. Ou seja fiquei lá com criança do lado de fora e tive que fazer contato com alguém do Brasil que falava inglês pra ligar pro contato deles e ver a questão da senha. Após a reserva informei que tínhamos problemas de alergia e não podíamos ficar no quarto com carpete. E quando chegamos o prédio estava sendo reformado com um cheiro insuportável de cola e tinta. Ficamos com a alergia atacada e novamente tivermos que acionar o hotel pra pedir pra mudar de prédio e eles demoraram 2 noites até que cancelei a reserva. E eles ainda tiveram a capasse me cobrar 50 dólares pela taxa de limpeza!!!! Foi decepcionante... fora que o local é colado em uma rodovia e não tem isolamento acústico. Não dava pra dormir com o barulho dos carros passando e dos vizinhos. Foi muito ruim nossa estadia.

STAY AWAY! Health hazard, not safe.

Wow!!! The nerve of the owner is crazy. The entire place is ripped apart, walls are stripped, black mold underneath, replacing water heater during stay there is no water for a day. How can rent a place that is under construction?? DO NOT STAY HERE, they have no respect for your comfort only your money.

First of all we never get to stay here because the building was under construction and we were supposed to go in while the workers were working on the same level and making noise ? How can you assign someone the room while the building level was under construction? We decided not stay just because we had kids with us and it's simply not healthy to live in an environment where the remodeling is going on. I was able to get the refund via Expedia.
