Family Flordia trip

Location is great- if you have kids that will utalize the water park you will want to stay here- park is just across the street. Description says it has a foosball table- but it does not, only a pool table which was one of the reasons we picked this property. Kids were bummed and upset. No BBQ- but that was my fault for not looking at details in listing. The cleanliness could be a lot better- dusty, dirty baseboards, floor dirty in corners, and dirty track for patio door (not what you expect when you pay for a cleaning service)

Home away from home

This was an amazing stay for 2 small families (4 adults and 2 children… 3 and 2 years of age). The rooms are very spacious. The pool table room in the garage was great for when the kids were asleep. The smaller pool and splash pad with water slides is walking distance to the condo. The other larger pool with lazy river with club house (gym/movie theater) is about a 4-5 min drive if that. That pool is amazing!!! We literally did not want to leave after our vacation was over! We flew down and brought laundry pods (did not hand detergent there) but also make sure you bring extra dishwasher tabs and maybe pack a few extra kitchen garbage bags and kitchen wipes. Not really a downfall but just wish I knew so I didn’t have to buy them down there. Really no negative things to say about this place, will definitely be back again! Ps if anyone loves Starbucks there is a Starbucks literally 3 mins away and a Publix there too for all your grocery shopping needs!

Very nice property in Four Corners.

We had a very nice time. The condo was new and clean. The neighborhood was nice- only downside is they are still working on other units. Nearby pool is not completed yet so condo will be even better when all is done!

Great place

The property is brand new. A new water park and clubhouse is in the final construction stage behind the unit and should be a great asset to the property when finished. The unit was clean and presented as advertised. There are two grocery stores and plenty of restaurants close to the property. The only downside to this location is the traffic going to Orlando. Add at least 20 to 30 minutes if going in that direction. The only problem I had with the unit was getting the wifi to work, The main TV works, but I could not get the others to work. It would also not connect to my devices.

My stay

This was a great stay- nice location. If you are with a family of more than 2 people, walk with some extra toilet tissue. No wash detergent was available for laundry maybe this was an oversight or you have to bring your own. Over all though our family enjoyed our stay and would definitely come again.

Awesome home

Great property as described. One thing to mention is if you plan to travel to Disney from here the traffic is really bad due to all the construction. Plan to add at least 45 minutes to your travel time.
