Empezando con que las escaleras apestan a orĆ­n, el cuarto todo sucio y apestaba a cigarillo, sĆ”banas sucias, toallas suciasā€¦ no limpian el cuarto a menos que lo solicites. De verdad que no vale la pena quedarse aquĆ­ y menos si tienes niƱos. No lo recomiendo.

Before I booked my room I called to inquire about their deposit policy. The attentive and professionalism of the front desk personal was so on point that I decided to book with them. The property is run down, doesnt feel safe. The pool is dirty, the rooms smell weird, appliances and electricals dirty and rusty. Breakfast was ok comsidering the price. Our family stayed 1 night but we had to leave as our kids were uncomfortable. There was an adjoining door which was easily opened by the guests on the other side..creepy

At the time of Check-in we were asked to deposit $200 as a Damage Fee that was promised to be returned at the time of Check-out (we paid in cash and they didn't give any receipt for it). When asked, they said it will be returned to the Credit card with which we paid the other $10 fee per night per room but it's been 17 days I am calling them and they say they do not have any record in the computer that we paid $200 in cash!!!!
