Pet-Friendly Fenced Home w/Pool & Spa Heat - 3 Miles from Disney

Welcome to your dog-friendly theme park retreat! This home has an extra-large fenced in yard, making it the perfect stay for families who want to bring their four-legged friends. Relax in the pool and spa (heat included) while your pups run around in the fenced yard. The neighborhood has plenty of sidewalks, making it easy to walk your furry friends.
This house is just 3 miles from Disney's closest theme park and about 16 miles from Universal Studios Theme Park. Explore Universal's new park, Universal Epic Universe.

We welcome well behaved dogs of all sizes and are flexible with the number of dogs, with prior approval.

The home is fully equipped with a kitchen, laundry room, Smart TVs, ping pong table and pool table. The covered Lanai by the pool is complete with patio furniture and a safety screen for your small children's safety.

The back yard includes a 6-foot-high privacy fence (completely fenced in). Plenty of running room for the kids and dogs.

The fully equipped kitchen is complete with a microwave, dishwasher. coffee maker, and dish/cookware. Dishwasher detergent is included. There are great sightlines of the pool and backyard from the kitchen, as well as living room and dining areas!

Each bedroom is equipped with smart TVs. All bedrooms have been updated with new beds and mattresses and have ceiling fans with overhead lighting. The two King bedrooms each have their own full bath. The queen and full bedrooms share a full bath. The laundry room is fully equipped with iron, ironing board, and small bottle of laundry detergent provided.

There are multiple great restaurants, Walmart, and a Publix grocery store close by. WIFI, pool towels, bath towels, sheets/bedding is all provided.

This Florida gem has all the comforts of home and just 3 miles from the excitement of Disney!

Disney trip

This house was perfect for our Disney trip. It was a short drive to all the parks. The pool with the hot tub was a nice place to relax after a long day of walking around the parks.we had our two little dogs with us so the fenced yard made it nice for them. I would definitely stay here again.

Great Place!

Love that this house had a big fenced in back yard, pool, pool table, ping pong table, and that we could have our dog with us! The owner and property manager were very nice. Very comfortable house in a nice neighborhood!

Quiet, Large Home with Many Areas

The property was large, clean, with lots of areas to gather together, or be alone if needed after a long day. The backyard was spacious, with a beautiful pool, and plenty of space for the dog to play in the fenced in yard. The neighborhood was quiet and pedestrian-friendly for walks and a playground. We really enjoyed our stay!

Fun in the Sun

The house was clean and had everything we needed. The beds were comfy and I loved that master shower. The hot tub and pool were also very nice... warm. Family vacation

We enjoyed a wonderful get away with our family including our pets at this property. The house was clean, very nice and just as described. Communication with the owner prior to and during the stay was great and we felt well taken care of. Property manager was super helpful during our stay and so nice to work with. We really loved staying here. It was close to everything. The hot tub was awesome. Neighborhood quiet. The only thing I would say the bed mattress were hard. Other than that I fully recommend.

Best location!

If you are looking for a pet friendly property close to Disney, this is it! The home was perfect for our needs when traveling with our doggies. It was close to all of the parks, restaurants, and shopping. I loved having the large fenced-in yard for my 2 labs. It gave them plenty of room to stretch their legs and play frisbee without having to take them out on a leash or locate a dog park. The house was in great shape and very clean. The owners have everything there you need for your stay. Bridget was great with providing all of the details and responded to my messages quickly. Would definitely recommend and look forward to booking it again for my next trip!

Perfect pet friendly family home

Both people I had the pleasure of interacting with were so great! The house was perfect and exactly as I pictured it. They had “puppy sheets” to put on the couches so that your pups could get up there with you if that’s what they are used to, which ours are. The ice and water was so refreshing, no weird treated water taste. We were very close to the parks and spent all day at different parks, then came home, walked the pups and unwound in the pool and hot tub. It was the perfect place for our trip! Thank you for making it that much more amazing!

Amazing Support

We stayed here through Hurricane Milton and the property manager and booking agent made sure we were safe and taken care of. Came out next day to repair anything that was damaged by the storm and accommodated an extended stay so we could still enjoy the parks. The heated spa and pool were so nice and not having to worry about paying each day for heat was great! Would highly recommend this rental for a couple with pets as the fully fenced in back yard was huge and very well maintained. Larger than we needed but well appointed vacation home! Easy access to all parks and restaurants. Thanks for an amazing stay even in all the chaos!

We really enjoyed our stay at this home! The location was very convenient—close to everything we needed, including shops, and restaurants. The house was clean and comfortable, though a few minor maintenance touch-ups could make it even better.The pool was a definite highlight—clean and perfect for relaxing. We especially appreciated the large, fully fenced yard, which gave our dogs plenty of space to run and play safely.Overall, it was a great place to stay, and we'd happily return!
