Welcome to Our Happy Place! Please BE OUR GUESTS!

Our 3 bed/2 bath (2 king beds & 2 twins) condo is located in the very popular Windsor Hills Resort which is only 1 1/2 miles from Disney World. Each room is Disney themed so it is perfect for getting excited for your Disney vacation!

Our lovely condo is in the closest building to the resort pool and water park on the top 4th floor and the building has 2 elevators. Newer AC unit installed in home to help our guests beat that hot Florida heat!

Keyless entry that eliminates the hassle of keys and the code is changed after each stay to ensure the safety of our guests. Ring doorbell security camera installed for added security for our guests. Carbon monoxide detectors in every bedroom.

Moana themed living room with a huge 65 inch TV. All bedrooms and rooms have ceiling fans.

'Beauty and the Beast' master bedroom has a king bed, with an en-suite. The 'Finding Nemo' king has a HUGE closet with a provided wagon to help bring up all of your luggage from the elevators. Twin bedroom decorated with Mickey mouse, CAN YOU FIND THE HIDDEN MICKEYS?!

Our condo has 2 bathrooms. The master has an oversized shower and the guest bathroom is a combination shower/tub.

'Ratatouille' will be your helper in the kitchen! You'll find the kitchen is fully equipped for all your cooking needs.

4 night minimum stay, preferably 5 night stay during the holidays. During the holidays, if your selected dates fit into a gap, but because of the minimum number of nights required it will not let you book, please contact us as we are more than willing to help in confirming your dates.

Please note to our future guests that this home is classed as "self-providing." We do not leave any food or products that could attract pests, for the cleanliness for our guests. We provide the basic package of a toilet roll in each bathroom, one kitchen roll, two trash bags and two dishwasher tablets. We only provide this basic package to help you start with your vacation needs.

Windsor Hills resort is a gated community which is manned 24/7. As for the community rules, there is a strict 3 car maximum policy for registered guests to each home, which includes daily visitors. All clubhouse amenities are included in your stay. Daily visitors are not allowed to use the clubhouse amenities, only guests staying on property.

**Please note Sir Windsor Aqua Venture will be closed January 5th 2026- February 13th 2026. Pool will remain open**

Wonderful stay

Clean, comfortable and convenient home close to Dinsey World and about 25 mins away to Universal. Nice to have a pool and water slides at the resort to relax in between days of going to the theme parks. Communication was excellent and check in was easy.

Had a great stay. Was very clean and kitchen was stocked with everything you needed to cook a meal. Quiet area with a large pool and slide with heated water. Management company was awesome to work with and very quick to respond. Convenient to all the parks. We plan on staying here again.

Review of "Our Happy Place" Residence

We really appreciated the proximity of this location to Disney World. Since we were not staying on the grounds, it was a very convenient place to stay to get to the parks in a timely manner. Furthermore with the location of the property, it was located in a safe and relatively quiet area. The property was in great shape and worked well with providing comfort for our family of six. Check-in was pretty smooth, and we had no issues with the process. Overall, this property was a good place for us to say throughout our trip.

Perfect for Disney!

We spent a week here and let me tell you… it was absolutely perfect. The proximity to the parks was less than a 10 min drive. It was so nice to come back to a full kitchen and laundry and 2 bathrooms after a long day in the parks with 3 kids. The condo was stocked with anything we could have needed plus some. It felt like our home away from Louisiana. We will definitely be back on our next trip!

This VRBO was PERFECT for an inbetween place to all the parks. Universal drive is a little longer, but not bad at all! Pool is nice and the condo is wonderful! Super clean and roomy. Hosts were amazing to work with! Highly recommend this relaxing space after a long day at the parks. :)

This is a typical stay with just enough to get you started but you must shop for essentials right away. 1 roll of toielt paper is provided per bathroom, but kitchen has no salt, sugar, oil and must be purchased on your own. Very clean property, great location next to the pool and club house and close to DIsney (15-20 mins by car).

Just Amazing and little Disney touches!

Overall this place was so cute and loved the pittle Disney touches! It wasn't overwhelming Disney and I liked that. Great location, great communication, awesome pool, slides, splash pad, store and activity area. Had fun activities for the kids scheduled too. We just loved it! Natalie was fantastic at answering my questions and notifying the front desk about my stroller rental. No issues and we had such a great time!! Thank you!!

Exceeded our expectations

Pool was great for small kids to adults and great temp. The splash pad and water slide was a hit for the kids. Wal mart for shopping was only a mile away. Disney was about 10/15 mins away and universal was about 25 mins. Condo was so close to the pool and themes in every room. Huge bonus even had a high chair and pack and play for babies. We pick a new place we come to florida every year, but would come back here for sure. Management company even accepted a delivery for us before we arrived. Thanks for letting us enjoy your home.

Perfect Orlando Spot for ALL The Things!

We stayed for four days of volleyball at the Orange County Convention Center (20/30 minutes with traffic), then used the condo as a home base to do ALL THE THINGS. Super close to Magic Kingdom, quick ride for dinner with Mickey and ride the Monorail for Fireworks. Easy to get to Disney Springs, Walmart and Publix nearby for groceries (Wal-Mart pick up was super convenient to skip the checkout line on vacation check-in day!) Lots of restaurants nearby. The condo is also stacked with everything you could need. Lots of space, fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer that worked great. Mickey waffle maker, high chair, pack and play, strollers, pool towels, a wagon for groceries and packing the car. The kids LOVED the pool, splash pad was even fun for Mom and Dad and teenager, a slow and a fast water slide option! Literally everything we could have needed was there for us!! TVs with streaming services for lots of Disney movies (as well as DVDs and PlayStation/games). Parking was easy and close to the building and easy to get to the room. Communication was quick and efficient! If you are considering staying here, BOOK IT. I literally don’t have a single thing I would have preferred different.
