Beautiful property lacking basic things

The home, pool and resort were great. However small basic amenities were lacking. There were no oven mitts, dish towels, and not enough towels per person in the house. We were aware ahead of time that we needed beach towels but not basic towels. Also basic cooking items were lacking. The carpet in the bedrooms could use a good cleaning. Otherwise it is a great rental.
