This house was a gem for my family get together. It was very roomy and no one felt that they were crowding in on one another. Great place!! I would stay there again!! The neighborhood was also very nice and quiet!!

Quiet and spacious Orlando house!

The house was nice and helped us sleep many for a multi-day conference located at the Hilton Orlando. The distance was drivable, and we could park 4 cars at the house. There was more than enough space for us and the kitchen was in great shape. The kids enjoyed the board games and video games. We will stay here again!

Everything was as it was in the pictures. The house is in a quiet neighborhood which is in close proximity to a lot of the places we visited. It had everything we needed and hope to stay again.

Moved our Son to Florida

House was perfect for our family. We are from Texas and moved our son to Winter Park to attend Full Sail. Kids enjoyed the pool and the big living room. We watched movies so comfortably. Perfect for our stay.

Simply Amazing!

The property was beautiful! It was well groomed. The home had everything we needed. After arriving, we wished we were staying longer. It's right in the middle of everything. Great Location with lots to do

The house was very clean and in a great location. It is in an older but quiet neighborhood. The house was near Florida Mall and several restaurants as well as Universal and International Drive. The house had a lot of entertainment options with a pool, hot tub, WiFi etc. The house was well maintained and very clean. Alex was quick to respond to all our questions and excellent to work with. A great place to stay!!!

The house was well equipped with everything we needed for the week. Excellent communication and direction for use for everything, from getting to the house to the WiFi. As with most things in real life there is always room for improvement, but this house was listed as budget friendly and we definitely appreciated it. Owner and managers were pleasant and responsive to our communication. Pool not being heated was a bit of a bummer for our stay in the cooler months, but it looked pretty amazing! Hot tube was not available and that was probably the biggest bummer of the whole stay (but it didn't detract from the good time we did have). All-in-all, We had a great stay!

Don't know where to start. Gross floors that made everyone's feet black, broken faucet in bathroom, outside not well maintained, pictures did not represent the space or outdoors accurately, bed situation not couple's friendly, bad setup with lighting and linens, and poor air conditioning which led to every room using fans. We turned a 3 night stay into a one very brief night stay. Owner did not respond after initial check-in info. Funny, there is a bulletin board with some interesting and very negative comments about the property in the kitchen. Would not recommend, 2 thumbs down with puke emoji.
