The Pool is chilly in December-February months, but after March, it’s all about the 10 ft pool, barbecue grill, and our Florida SUN in this 10 ft pool. The home is set up with FREE Wi-Fi Internet, Free Movies, Board Games, Books, Xbox, Firestick watch Sporting Events or just sign along with Karaoke.

Quiet and spacious Orlando house!

The house was nice and helped us sleep many for a multi-day conference located at the Hilton Orlando. The distance was drivable, and we could park 4 cars at the house. There was more than enough space for us and the kitchen was in great shape. The kids enjoyed the board games and video games. We will stay here again!

The house was well equipped with everything we needed for the week. Excellent communication and direction for use for everything, from getting to the house to the WiFi. As with most things in real life there is always room for improvement, but this house was listed as budget friendly and we definitely appreciated it. Owner and managers were pleasant and responsive to our communication. Pool not being heated was a bit of a bummer for our stay in the cooler months, but it looked pretty amazing! Hot tube was not available and that was probably the biggest bummer of the whole stay (but it didn't detract from the good time we did have). All-in-all, We had a great stay!

Moved our Son to Florida

House was perfect for our family. We are from Texas and moved our son to Winter Park to attend Full Sail. Kids enjoyed the pool and the big living room. We watched movies so comfortably. Perfect for our stay.

The house was very clean and in a great location. It is in an older but quiet neighborhood. The house was near Florida Mall and several restaurants as well as Universal and International Drive. The house had a lot of entertainment options with a pool, hot tub, WiFi etc. The house was well maintained and very clean. Alex was quick to respond to all our questions and excellent to work with. Gloyd Family Vacation to Disney World 2022

The house was very spacious and nice. My husband and I are both active duty service members and decided to rent a house with a swimming pool to entertain our 5 children while we weren't at Disney World. The house was set up very nice, so it made it very easy for us to cook. We cooked breakfast and dinner everyday to save money. Of course the pool was our favorite part of the whole house. I look forward to staying here again!

Amazing Getaway

This was our first getaway as a joint family stay. It’s was perfect! Alex had great communication from the start. There is a nice open living room with space for everyone, kitchen w plenty of prep room, and a large closet/pantry on one side of the house. The other side has the bedrooms. It’s worked out perfect for our family. The pool in the back yard is perfect with plenty of lounge chairs for the adults. A nice fenced in yard and fire but and grill make this a great backyard space. Situated in a nice residential area, it is still close to shopping and all the amusement Orlando has to offer. Will definitey be returning.

Stay cool in the pool! Great for a bachelor party.

I will start off by saying it was a great property for my intent, arranging a (40+) bachelor party. AC blows cold, clean interior, charcoal grille for cooking, and the pool felt great on a mid October day. Plenty of room in the backyard to throw frisbee and quiet neighborhood with no nosey neighbors. If you are looking for a romantic getaway there are some details that may not sit well. Sloppy paint on the windows, dead tree at the front door, backflow preventer in the yard, various ceiling textures in the living room, hodge-podge of antiquated furniture and a face painted on the bottom of the pool. This is a positive review but the transparency is for the benefit of those that are considering a reservation.
