Charming paradise set in Central Florida! This oasis features three-bedrooms in the main house. The 1st bedroom has a full size bed, the 2nd bedroom contains double twin beds, and the 3rd bedroom is the master bedroom with a queen size bed and its own spa-like luxurious master bathroom with double vanities, walk-in closets, and a tub for relaxation.

The house is completely updated, with a new kitchen, stainless steel appliances, granite counters, and an eat-in area. In addition, the house features a luxury second bathroom with a walk-in shower, a family room, a formal dining room, a formal living room, and two separate sitting areas - both enclosed by French doors that oversee the amazing yard.

The fun does not stop there! The backyard is anchored by a spacious guest pool house with a full size bed, electric fireplace for those cozy nights, and a dedicated space to finish off some of that work you took with you, or to play cards or boardgames with the family if you prefer.

Come outdoors to discover a resort-like atmosphere! featuring palm trees lining the yard, a large in-ground heated pool, an outdoor shower to rinse off after a long swim! and a guest pool house, with space to relax or grab a drink. The outdoor furnishings include a firepit for those must have smores, lounges to nap and work on your sun tan, and a dining area to enjoy outdoor dining in Sunny Kissimmee!

There is natural light all over this open concept home, which also features a laundry area for your convenience. This home is situated 20 minutes away from Orlando International Airport, Disney World Parks, Universal parks, Sea World, and Gator World. The house was very clean and smelled great. Beds were comfortable. Only thing I wish we knew beforehand was that we could pay a little extra to have the pool heater turned on- it was a little chilly.

Fantastic time

The property was perfect for us. House was centrally located between the parks and the airport which was very convenient. Plenty of room to sleep and the pool would be perfect on very hot days. Highly recommend.

Accurate description. Nice place. Roomy and clean. Only downside is there is limited cooking equipment and they didn't have basic necessities to clean (sponges, dishwasher detergent, cleaning sprays). Other than that I'd recommend.

Property was just as expected. Beautiful! Very relaxing, clean and spacious. Will stay again. Location was perfect and pretty much 20 minutes to everything. We did Disney 1 day and relaxed the rest. Owners were very easy to communicate with and responsive.

Great stay!

We rented this property for our family Disney trip. It was our first time taking a family vacation so it meant a lot to us to have a great experience. This place was very nice, very clean and spacious. We had a small issue with the pool and the owner was right there helping from afar. We could tell he really cared. What a great property. Clean. The back yard was a private oasis with a bonus of an inground pool. We got in late from our flight and the house was so inviting with lites on and just so open and airy. Will book again. Enjoy

Best vacation I'll never get a hotel again

This was an amazing experience the host was nice, the home looked way better than the pictures. The cleanliness was immaculate the pool was way bigger than anticipated also the pool house was a neat addition. The furniture and decorations was very homey there lots of rooms for different activities if you want to watch tv, work on the computer, sit by the fire place and read a book, or just relax in bed. The master bathroom was very spacious, kitchen had lots of appliances and counter space and plenty of seating. The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful, it was nice having an alarm system as well making it feel even more secure. I would definitely book my next vacation here again

50th bday extravaganza

House was good beds comfortable but no tea towels dish clothes or face clothes. Went to the Walmart close by and bought some. Every room had a glade plug in which was very stinky. We put them all in the garage for our stay. Pool was in bad need of water on arrival not even close to the right level. (Barely enough to go into the skimmer which we worried would wreck the pump). Quiet area and nice backyard for relaxing. Overall good

Great house, but a rough vacation

We didn't get to really enjoy the house, as we evacuated early due to Milton. The pool had debris from the back to back hurricanes, and the pump had to be turned on manually. The pool folks didn't prioritize that with another incoming storm so we could only enjoy the pool one night when we had enough time to fill it & skim it ourselves. Not really the owners' fault, but an offer to refund a portion, esp after we took care of the outdoor furniture, would've been great, but I do understand vacation rentals are a business. All that said, it really was a great house with amazing, comfy beds, and I would love to return (but probably not in hurricane season). :)

Lacking small essentials.

The house and entire property is well looked after and very clean. The pool was perfect for our family and the neighborhood was very quiet. Air traffic did not bother us. The bunk house was perfect. Our only complaint was the lack of minor essentials. There were no face clothes, dish clothes, dish towels, salt and pepper shakers, to name a few. Thankfully Walmart and the Dollar Store are close by. For a house that would sleep that many people, there weren't many bath towels. The BBQ was perfect with extra propane. The hosts were very quick responding, answering questions and solving any issues. Even though it was lacking some minor things that we felt should have been there, we would definitely return as it is perfect for a family. I hope they would welcome us back. ☺️

Great Family Getaway

We really enjoyed our stay at Maria’s place! The pool and backyard area were definitely the highlight of the location. One downfall was that the pool was somewhat dirty when we arrived. There is someone that comes to clean the pool on Mondays which was great, but as we arrived on a Friday it wasn’t ideal timing. The house itself was a good size and had multiple areas to relax and unwind after a long day at the theme parks. The house is located about 25-30 minutes away from both the Disney and Universal theme parks. Traffic aside, the drive wasn’t bad! The beds were comfortable and the neighbourhood was safe and quiet. As for amenities, a few bath towels and face cloths were provided in each of the two bathrooms. Sadly, no beach/ pool towels were provided so we did have to buy those on arrival. We also had to purchase extra paper towel and toilet paper for our stay as there was not enough provided for our week long visit. Though there were a few very small negatives, overall we had a great stay and would recommend this property!

Lovely Home

We just returned from 10 days in Kissimmee and at this lovely rental home. The home is exactly as pictured and super clean. Pool and backyard are beautiful and well kept. We opted for the pool to be heated and enjoyed having some control over the temperature setting to ensure it was to our taste and comfort. While we did not use the pool house (we had enough bedrooms in the home). We did take a peek and it was very nice and cozy looking. Furnishings in the home are comfortable and the added office space with printer etc. would be great for those working while in the area. While no cable or satellite tv, there is a Netflix account for use if people do not have their own for evenings or rainy days. Maria is very responsive if you have any questions and answers within an hour or two if not within minutes. These were no facecloths, dishcloths or tea towels in the home but Walmart is very close by so we were able to grab a few. Kitchen is reasonably well equipped and there is a dishwasher, washer and dryer available for use which makes is easy to pack light. Neighborhood is very quiet and the home is near a flight path so you can watch the planes fly overhead (although not so close that the noise is bothersome). The beds are super soft and cushy (i tend to like a mattress that resembles a lightly padded rock so not to my tastes, however I sleep best at places where the mattress is a common complaint) Overall, it is a fantastic rental and we would definitely stay again!
