Your Home Away From Home
Enjoy our newly renovated coastal town home. Serene coastal colors surrounded by wall-to-ceiling sliding glass doors opening to the private patio area, flooding the space with natural light. We have created an allergen-free environment, meaning no carpet, feather pillows or down comforters.

Relax watching the 70inch flat screen TV from a brand new sofa and love seat which also converts to a queen size bed for additional sleeping.

Fully stocked open gourmet kitchen including brand new appliances, A Keurig coffee maker, kettle, toaster, full size refrigerator with ice maker with filtration water system.

Farm house dining table sitting six and (2) bar stools in kitchen area.

Spectacular views - sitting back with the family on our private patio B.B.Q area. Stargazing with a glass of wine on our comfy rocking chairs.

There is also a powder room located on the first floor.

On the second level enjoy the privacy of your own king size master bedroom flat screen television, jetted tub with rainfall shower head.

Guest bedroom includes two XL long twin beds, flat screen television and a private bathroom.

Both bathrooms are equipped with hairdryers, fresh towels, bathroom amenities which includes, soap, shampoo and conditioner.

Our Town Home is in a gated community which offers a 24-hour front desk service and a 24-hour convenient store.

The onsite restaurant/bar offers patio seating, overlooking the beautiful landscaping and water views. Fully stocked bar and delicious Pizza.

There is a community swimming pool, kiddie pool and a hot tub surrounded by a public grilling areas and picnic tables.

Coin operated laundry facilities are also available on the property at nearest building - 2min walk.

Work trip

We had a great stay. Location was ideal for our work trip to the Convention Center. The rental was clean and comfortable. Our only hiccup was that it was very cold the week we were there (nighttime lows in the 30’s) and we could not get the air to change to heat.

Centrally Located

Nice place with plenty of space. Spent time at various parks and this place was kind of in the middle. Easy check in & communication with owner. Pool is smaller & place is at back of property. Recommend for small families.

Family Visit

Property was exactly as shown in pictures - bright, clean and comfortable! Location was fantastic and pool/hot tub were a bonus! Highly recommend and will stay again if in the Orlando area.

Good stay!

Overall the place was great! There were minor things such as the bedroom door doesnt stay shut, and the tub leaks a little, but the place was clean and a great location. In the middle of everything, and very comfortable.

Nice Townhome

Enjoyed staying in this townhome. It was just enough for our family, and close to everything without having to deal with all of the hustle and bustle. Linens were clean, extra towels, and spacious for our family. Will definitely stay here again.

Great Location

The property is in a great location, especially if you’re visiting SeaWorld. It’s minutes away. The property was clean and convenient. Check-in and Check-out was a breeze.

Would stay here again!

Stayed in this lovely townhome during my daughter’s national volleyball tournament and loved it! It was quiet, clean, plenty of utensils, kitchenware and toiletries. Ordered from the restaurant on site and spent a few afternoons at the pool. We had such a great time and would come back again!

Great Townhouse in A Perfect Location

This is the second time staying at this property. Host was great to work with and the property is perfect. Close enough to everything but the townhouse sits far enough back that there’s plenty of privacy and quietness.

Wonderful stay

Our little family of 3 stayed here for a week for vacation. We wanted to stay somewhere that was close to everything but was also quiet and relaxing. This place was PERFECT!! It was just the right size for us to relax in the evenings after long days in the local parks, was close to all the things and very clean and well maintained. The only thing I would say is there is no where in the villa to hang a towel after you’ve used it…hand towels or anything.

Family Weekend

We chose this property because of its proximity to where other family members were staying. The check-in was simple. The grounds were clean and well maintained. The condo was more than spacious for two people. There wasn’t anything we felt was missing as far as utensils, dishes and cups/glasses. The restaurant on property was fair. We only used it to order their pizza special. I’m not sure we’d order that from them next time. Our host was very responsive and we appreciated the early check-in.

Summer Oasis

The place was spectacular, very cozy and most importantly, very clean. It was also comfortable and it had all that is needed in an apartment. The only issue I noticed was the lack of a washer and dryer, but even so, the place was amazing. We also liked the neighborhood a lot. It is very quiet and clean. We highly recommend the place and for sure will rented again.

Perfect location for water activities

The property was exactly as advertised, clean, well decorated but homey. We ended up going to three parks (discovery cove, aquatica and SeaWorld) since it was less than 10 minute drive to each location from the home. Very convenient to many restaurants, target and Publix. Would use this property again in a heart beat.

Great location & comfortable.

Stayed with my parents while my daughter was in a dance competition at Hilton Orlando. Very clean & comfortable, very easy drive to Hilton & groceries/gas/drug stores. Felt safe on jogs around property. Host very helpful & responsive. Had ample parking. The only snag we encountered was out of the property & host’s control: the master bedroom window faces the neighbor property’s backyard/pool- family was outside partying in to early morning hours & then their kids were playing in the pool a mere 3 hours after the parents went to bed- very loud in the master (& downstairs living area)- did not bother my parents in the next room (faces parking lot). Tenets next door complained - issue was resolved the next night.

Great location

Very clean property. The location of this property was great. Close to any kind of food (restaurant) you may be in the mood for. Also 10 minutes away from SeaWorld, including time waiting for traffic lights to turn green. My only complaint is that the visible fireworks from the back of the house as mentioned in the listing, is not accurate anymore. There’s a new neighborhood that is being finished to the rear of the house that prevents you from seeing the fireworks from SeaWorld. Besides that, everything else was 10+.

Great stay

Some colleagues and myself came down for a veterinary conference. Chris was great to deal with and answered all of my questions quickly and efficiently. The townhouse was so clean and extremely welcoming. The neighborhood was very quiet. Our conference was at the convention center and it was just about a 5 minute drive and basically right next to Sea World, which is nice. Local to a lot of great restaurants. This is my first time using VRBO but from start to finish it was a wonderful experience. This conference is in Orlando every year, hopefully we can stay at this property next year as well. Highly recommended😊

Wonderful place. Clean and ideal location

Stayed here with the family for a trip to visit both Disney and Universal Theme parks. This property is in an ideal location, approx 20 minutes away from both parks. The property is clean and well kept. Fully stocked kitchen was a big help. We were able to buy groceries (stores also located very cost by) and have a nice breakfast each morning before heading to the parks. Kids enjoyed having their own beds and bathroom separate from ours. The only item I would recommend is that the master shower is located inside the master bedroom without a curtain. We're not used to that style, so just something to keep in mind. The kids bathroom and shower was more traditional.

A great little condo in an ideal location for tourist spots

Was looking for a place to stay that was close to Discovery Cove and this location exceeded our expectations. Check-in was flawless and the property was well appointed with all that was needed for our short stay. The only complaint (of which the owner has no control) is that the parcels behind this unit are being built out, which led to 7:00-7:30 wake up calls of table saws and air nailers. Not a problem for early risers, but was unwelcome for us. This is a temporary problem, but should be noted for full disclosure. All in all, a positive experience.

Nice Stay away from home

Christopher was very communicative. Townhouse is well stocked, lots of towels, plenty of toilet tissue, kitchen essentials. Parking in front of townhouse if you get to it first, otherwise I had to park on the grass area which was fine. Checking in was a breeze, and staff was very nice. Overall great experience. I would stay again when in the area. We were there for a Volleyball tournament and location was very close to the Orlando Convention Center. About 11 mins away. Publix grocery store is very close and convenient. The only issue I had was across the way-backside of house is new construction build. Contractors blasted their music on top of their drilling and pounding at 7am Saturday morning. I thought that was very inconsiderate and so rude. Had nothing to do with host or townhouse.
