Snowbirds Rest is located in the gated resort community of Terra Verde, approximately 10 minutes east of Disney World and 25 minutes west of Orlando International Airport.

Here you will find a cozy retreat as you relax after a long day at Disney World. Stream your favourite TV shows/movies on our 65” 4K smart TV with cable on the main floor or stream your shows on the 55" smart TVs in the privacy of the King and/or Queen bedrooms. High speed Internet over WiFi is available to keep in touch with the office or update social media.

For the outdoors, a private north facing patio overlooking a pond awaits the sunbather. When it gets too hot, the fully air conditioned villa will become a retreat from the heat.

As a guest of Snowbirds Rest, you are entitled to use all the amenities and services of the Terra Verde resort. This includes a resort size heated pool with sunning deck and Tiki bar, beach volleyball court, basketball court, children's play area and a fishing lake. Clubhouse amenities - business centre, games room plus a fully equipped fitness center including gym, sauna and spa services (by appointment, rates vary).
