"We love staying here. The resort and amenities are awesome. Only problem is the parking garage is not very spacious and it’s hard getting luggage to your room. "

"When I booked this property, I did not think all of it was not renovated. I should have done my research more. The room i received was not up to par, not only it was far side of the resort, as well as the sheets had mold spots on them. After going to the front desk to ask for a different room, not only because when i booked that was not what i booked for but i don’t want to stay in no room that the bed have mold. The young lady at the front desk was very understanding and tried to resolve things for me, but unfortunately requests fell short, not only i never got a room the bed was never got looked at. I had to be the one to go back to the front desk to again ask after staying out of my room for half of the day because that’s what i was told( someone would come look at it) This property has so much potential, all they have to do is renovate all of it. As well as why is the water park a separate fee? This resort is booked because of the water park I’m sure but you have to pay a separate fee for it which is insane to me"

"Toilet had issues to flush, room was average, every vending machine was out of water the 3 days we were there. "

"There was good breakfast options everyday pool and hot tub were amazing. Had fun playing mini golf and playing basketball. The bistro food was amazing props to the chief."

"The property was old dinghy in need of repair and had a very bad smell. We checked in went to the rooms and left immediately. This place is horrible!"
