- Recently Updated Peaceful and Comfortable 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms townhouse all tiled floor close to Florida Turnpike, ready for families and children, with one reserved/marked parking space right at the door and many free/non marked parking spaces around. Has a 50' SMART TV with local channels , WIFI and TV ready for you to use your personal accounts of HULU, Netflix, Youtube and other apps. Fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer inside the unit. Nest thermostast and Nest Smart main lock entrance.
Located in a private gated private family community with a clubhouse, pool, jacuzzi, pool table, theater room, gym area close to many restaurants, supermarkets, shopping areas.
We are 25 minutes from Disney World, ESPN and Downtown Disney and 20 min from Universal Studios. Rules and regulations will be emailed the night before to confirmed guest.
