Smoking is permitted only in outdoor areas. A $250 fee will apply if smoking occurs inside the home.

🧺 Housekeeping & Starter Supplies

This is a self-catering vacation home. Complimentary starter supplies are provided to help guests settle in, including:

• Toilet paper
• Paper towels
• Trash bags
• Dish soap and sponge
• Dishwasher pods
• Laundry detergent
• Shampoo, conditioner, and body soap

Guests are responsible for purchasing any additional items needed during their stay.

There is no daily housekeeping service included. The home is professionally cleaned and inspected before every arrival. Mid-stay cleaning services may be available for an additional fee.

🔥 Optional Add-On Services

• Pool heat: $35 per day (2-day minimum)
• BBQ grill rental: $100 per stay

Pool heat must be requested at least 48 hours in advance. The maximum pool temperature is 95°F and performance may vary during colder weather conditions.
