Hot Tub Important Note: Spa pools are small enclosed bodies of water, and the chemical balance can fluctuate—especially with repeated use. Occasional maintenance visits may be necessary during your stay to keep water safe and comfortable. Unless caused by guest misuse (such as drink spillage or adding prohibited substances like bath bubbles), this maintenance is complimentary. If water needs replacement, please be aware it can take up to 24 hours to reheat fully due to the electric heating system. By booking, you acknowledge and accept this limitation designed to ensure your health and comfort.

Important Resort Note:
Azure Resort community amenities are anticipated to open in 2025. Currently, community features are not available. Your home's private features ensure an enjoyable stay regardless of resort amenities.

If you cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, you will be eligible for a full refund. However, please note that 3.8% of any payments made will be deducted to cover card processing fees. This fee applies to each transaction, as we incur these charges from the payment provider whenever a transaction is processed or refunded. The remaining balance will be promptly returned to your account.
