Our family absolutely loved our stay here! The house was clean and it is clear the owners take pride in keeping everything clean and comfortable. The location was perfect—just a quick, easy drive to Disney World. After a day at the park, it was so nice to come back and relax in a quiet, cozy home. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the beds were super comfy. The pool and hot tub were great to use after a long day and the kids loved the resort amenities especially the water slides and arcade. I was surprised you could see the Disney fireworks which the kids loved and having no rear neighbours was great for privacy. The hosts were friendly, responsive, and made check-in simple. We’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to any family visiting the area!

We had a wonderful stay in this home. There was plenty of space for our multigeneration group of 15. The rooms were all decent sized and the number of bathrooms easily accommodated our group. The house did have some wear on it but overall was clean and it was nothing out of the ordinary for a vacation rental. There were plenty of pots and pans. All the expected appliances and gadgets were provided. There were only a few forks which was odd but we just bought plastic ones and moved on. We loved the pool and spa at the home as well as the facilities at the resort. Check in was a little clunky with having to go through the gate security but again pretty standard across these resorts. Most nights we were able to get through the line in a few minutes, 3 times or so we did get stuck waiting to get in for 20 minutes or maybe more. Location was wonderful and we could even see the fireworks from Disney from the pool. There were grocery stores and gas all close by. We would 100% love to stay again. We had a lovely stay.

Our group of 8 stayed at the house, everyone had their own space. The highlight of this property is the privacy having no neighbours to the back, also being a corner lot no one was directly beside us. We watched the disney fireworks every night. We spent a few days at the resort and really enjoyed it. I would recommend this house to anyone I know. Adrian also promptly responded to any questions we had.

Vacation 2023

The resort is great in a perfect area to get to Orlando and Tampa in less than an hour. The rooms were nice and overall I would stay again but it could use a touch up in a few areas.

Perfect Stay!

Our stay was everything we expected and more. The level of communication with the host, Adrian, was exceptional. All responses were timely, accommodating and friendly. The home was very clean, comfortable and well-maintained. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, utensils and small appliances. We were a group of 5 couples. The layout is spacious and accommodates large groups well. We all felt like we had ample privacy and plenty of space to come together in common areas. One thing that really sets this home above others is the amount of king size beds accompanied with private bathrooms. We definitely hope to rent this home again next year!

Great house for a guys trip

Took 6 of my friends here for my bachelor party. We loved having our own rooms with big beds, the living spaces were large and the full kitchen was great for making breakfast after late nights out in the pool. Not too far from downtown Orlando so there's lots to do in the area. Highly recommended.

Just what we expected.

I don't feel like we were able to enjoy all of the amenities of the property, we were in training for most of the day. We did enjoy our stay. We will certainly consider booking this property again ;)

This property was great. The house was big a spacious, beds were comfortable. Pool and spa worked perfect, spa heat was the best after a long day. Some carpets have wear but that is to be expected. Communication with the owners was on point and easy. Will stay here again.

Spring break

The house was perfect for our needs - right number of rooms, a pool, club house, and centrally located. Adrian and his team were very responsive to every question and need. We are a group that loves to cook and eat and we found most of our needs met with as far as gadgets and cookware was concerned. There were seats for 18 of us to eat at the same time, we used everything from the grill to the washer-dryers, there were games for kids (air hockey, foosball), even a car seat.

Spring Break Trip

This was the second time staying at this house and it was another great experience. The house has everything a family could want and more. The house is spacious and has many bedrooms for all of our family members. We had a minor issue with the hot tub not turning on early one morning. When we contacted Adrian the issue was resolved within hours. The house was clean and we enjoyed our stay. We would definitely stay at this house again if we need a place to stay when visiting the Orlando/Davenport area.

Great house for large family

We stayed here for 2 weeks at the end of June and our stay was positive. The house shows signs of wear (walls, carpet, some door handles), but overall it was a nice property. We had a couple of minor issues (broken garage can in kitchen) and the property manager addressed them right away. The Disney fireworks every night are an added bonus. The resort area was very busy and crowded, a lot different from our stay at Windsor Island a year ago. Overall the property manager was fantastic, house was a good size for 13 of us but is showing wear and the resort was super crowded. Those are the reasons for our overall 4 star.

Roomy enough for a big family

8 person stay to go to Disney parks. About 20-40 min from parks depending on traffic. Almost wish we would have stayed at home and enjoyed the water park and mini golf more! Hard time initially communicating with host—numbers listed to context for any problem were no longer correct. But when we finally got the right person, prompt service—they even fully replaced the old nonfunctioning bbq grill with a new one. Lots of bedrooms and large kitchen. Fenced in pool and spa was nice!

Spacious house and great location

My family enjoyed staying at this house. This children loved the pool and spending time at the clubhouse, more than the Disney parks! The home was equipped with the necessary kitchen equipment and dinnerware for meal prep and dining. We’re we’re supplied towels and other bathing necessities. We were able to see the fireworks from the parks from the back of the home. Cleanliness is my number one concern when traveling and staying in a hotel or rental home, and this home was very clean! The only complaint that I have is that is carpeting could use a shampooing mainly on the stairs and spot cleaning in other areas. We will definitely consider rebooking this house in December when we return!

Met Expectations

Adrian and team did a good job in keeping us informed up until the time we arrived, which was over the Christmas holiday. There were a few issues concerning the passes for other guests right before and during our stay, but Adrian dealt with the issue. Overall, the stay met our expectations and facilitated a great family experience. The property was clean and nice. There were a few areas were I could tell many people had been at the property, but overall it was a great experience and would suggest this property for a large family to connect. I will say that the property is located in a large subdivision with other vacation style homes, so there were many other visitors during our stay.

Christmas Family Get Together

This property was fantastic for our family stay with 8 adults and a six-month-old. The description of the home was spot on. The location on the corner lot was great. It was close enough to the parks but also far enough away to avoid the hustle and bustle Disney creates. The owner very attentive and easy to communicate with. Also, very accommodating and understanding. Traveling with a large group and an infant does create timing issues but Adrian made it easy to handle for me, the primary planner. The Windor Island Resort itself was great although we didn't have the time to use all the facilities it offered. We felt safe and very comfortable staying for 8 days. Thank you, Adrian, I can't wait to come back in a couple of months. Mike

Orlando trip

Property was clean. When we arrived I noticed that there was loose trash in the trash bin from the previous tenant. We were unable to use the grill because the propane hissed. There was also stains on the carpet leading upstairs and upstairs. The refrigerator had like a hand or fist print by the handle when we arrived. These things were not a huge issue. Just thought you should know. We had an amazing time.

Great Stay in Davenport

Highly Recommend We arrived March 25-April 3. Family of 12 Adults and 2 children. We had amazing time. Lots of room for everyone. Communication was very easy and quick responses. Anything I asked about or needed was dealt with very fast. Pool and spa were the highlight of the trip. All had a great time. Very private backyard. Watched fireworks every night from afar. The Windsor Resort that is attached to the subdivision was also a great extra to have for activities. Lazy river and water slides were a hit. Nice and close to grocery store, Walmart, Golf, shopping, fast food places. The only suggestion is there needs to be more seating to eat outside for a house this big that holds many people. I would very much rent this place again. It had everything we needed for a family vacation and more. Tracey

Some issues

Getting through the gate is horrendous.. it was 2 hour wait every evening if you tried to get through the gate. Then even with the passes the host grants, they still say at the gate, they aren’t acceptable passes for the property and you have to co tact host to add again. Thankfully was able to get to host but then had to sit and wait again to get through gate. So evening outings and even delivery service is not recommended. The dishwasher didn’t clean well. The microwave and the oven didn’t heat well. The drier took two times to dry a small load of clothes. Shower heads need cleaned or changed so you have a decent shower pressure..The hot tub and pool were nice and warm. Enough supplies in house for a start. Spacious. Some minor blemishes with walls and wall paper. And the upstairs had a weird smell I wasn’t sure where it come from. Those minor fixes with the house and the gate issues, would be a perfect get away!

5 star property!! My family and I had an amazing time at this property! Everything was beyond perfection - from the communication with the host to the property itself. Extremely spacious property that is very well-maintained and clean. Highlight of the property for our family was most definitely the pool, hot tub, and access to the amenities. I will be staying here again and will recommend this property to my other family and friends
