Great experience for a family

Renting a house in the Orlando area was an amazing experience. This house was so much fun for our kids, keeping them occupied just playing at the home. We fully enjoyed movie nights in the theater, and swam in the pool and spa every day! The neighborhood was quiet and safe, and we really enjoyed the amenities at the Oasis Clubhouse for the waterpark, cabanas, grill, and service. Highly recommend staying here, check in was easy, host was responsive, and the house was clean and accommodating!

Our young kids loved the “Rabbit hole” and the pool was warm and the hot tub hot. Grt for a January vacation. Decorating was fabulous. The 40 group would have loved pin ball arcades.There were many other great games to play.Movie theater was wonderful. Giving this home 5 stars.

Family Vacation

We had a great week with our kids and grandkids. Champion’s Gate is a beautiful community. Everyone had lots of space. Grandkids loved their themed bedrooms. Highly recommend paying the extra for the bbq and heated pool/spa.

We were very pleased with this property. It was clean and presented exactly like it was in the pictures. There were lots of extra details added to the decor of each room. Our kids loved it. They never wanted to get out of the pool. There were plenty of nice beach towels for the pool, too. I would definitely recommend this house to anyone especially if there are kids going.Lynn S.

Great house. Great amenities.

The house was great. The only complaints from those staying with me were that the temperature would not get low enough, the speakers outside that connect to the projector weren't loud enough, and the arcade machines weren't the easiest to operate (especially playing pacman). The community pool and gym were very nice. This was a great place for kids.

Great Family Getaway

This is a very nice home with plenty of room for family and friends. There are two master suites on the first floor and plenty of bedrooms on the second floor. The home was clean and ready for us to use. All of the accommodations were wonderful. Being in a gated community with access to a clubhouse was a nice plus as well. Having a Publix grocery store right outside the neighborhood made it easy to get food, etc. Would definitely recommend!

Amazing Home

The movie theater was everyone favorite part. The Alice and Wonderland theme was cool the kids loved it. The teenagers loved the projector by the pool even though we couldn't figure out how to work it but no biggie because it was a TV at the bar. Very comfortable home to spend family time.

Exceeded expectations

This property was perfect for our group of 14 with kids ages 3-13. The pictures are impressive, but walking in the actual house is jaw dropping. We were noticing thoughtful details in the decorations all week. We did have some minor issues with the pool projector and internet connection in the theater. The property manager was extremely responsive and was in the house fixing the issues within hours. Overall the property was amazing. We had the best time and would absolutely book again. Thank you for an amazing stay!

The property is as amazing as the pictures! The movie theater and the outside screen was a big hit. Kids loved the ping pong and were also happy to get a little Fortnite action in the games room. Along with all breakfasts and some lunches we cooked 2 dinners saving tons of $$$. Grocery, Drug Store & some restaurants are very close by. Shopping center with Target etc. just down the road. Take inventory when you arrive and call for anything broken/missing they will get back to you right away.

Beautiful themed house

Beautiful home. The themed movie theater, stairway and bedrooms upstairs were steller. The door code given us did not work once we arrived at 6pm so we had to call after hours and they got us a new code right away. The pool was so fun but the filter didn’t seem to work much on it so we were constantly cleaning it out of bugs. Also the next door house had an extremely large party that played loud music and shouted all the time. Thankfully they left half way through the week but we did have to ask them to turn down the music at 10pm at night. The house was close to Disney (20 min) and universal (30 minutes). The absolute gem of the house was the theater. Easy to use and so so fun to unwind at night in the nice cold theater. Highly recommend. Would come back!

Gateway to a Champion Stay

This property exceeded our expectations all around. The home is artistically detailed, and just takes you away to wonderland when you walk in. There was a ton of entertainment in the home to keep our family of 10 relaxing while driving back and forth to Disney. The movie projection screen setup on the pool is deck was where the adults spent most of their time at night watching playoff games. Publix (grocery store) is located a short drive from the home and was easy to keep the fridge stocked. Kids enjoyed the secret tree house, black lights, playing ping pong/air hockey/arcade games, the themed bedrooms, and the homes in ground pool. As an added bonus, a short walk to the community clubhouse opened up what felt like another vacation for us. Kids played all day in the large splash pool, lazy river and water slide. There are two bars, one with full sit down food service. Dining can be done inside and out. There is also a movie theater and arcade. Communication with the property management was exceptional. Any questions about our stay were promptly answered and handled with a concierge style. Honestly, book your next family trip here. You will not be disappointed!

What an amazing house!

The house is like none other than we've ever stayed at. From the minute you walked in the door, you realize that you're in a special property. The work and level of detail that they have put into this place is astounding. The house has everything you could ask for in a vacation property, especially if you have young children. Adults will love the outside bar and pool area. It is a magical place. As for location, the only reason I gave it 3 stars is that the 4-corners area is a bit far from the theme parks and stuck between two heavily-traversed roads in I-4 and I-27. There isn't too much around there in terms of quality places to dine and hang out, from what I've seen. There are backroads that can get you around the traffic at least, but it isn't as desirable as other areas closer to the parks if that is what you are looking for. The host was really great, fully attentive to our needs and quickly addressing any issues we discovered along the way. We had some issues with some of the features, such as the outside theater and usage of the multiple remotes to control everything, but in the end, it was a great experience. I will definitely be bringing my family back to this house in the future.

Amazing Themed Home

This was truly the most remarkable home we have ever stayed in. These pictures do not do this house justice. Many walls were textured, with mushrooms and trees protruding from the walls. The attention to detail was comparable to what you may expect throughout Disney Parks. There was even a room with a small hole in the wall which led to the movie room. The kids had a blast crawling through this, also changing the room color via remote. Some walls were painted with phosphorescent paint which was enhanced with black lighting, in and around the movie room. Everyone enjoyed the movie room as well as the table games in the upstairs game rooms. We had difficulty trying to figure out the upstairs gaming systems and arcade machines.The pool offered relief from the extreme heat. There were plenty of chairs to lounge around the pool. The outdoor movie screen was an added treat. Everything was immaculate, from the kitchen to the bathroom and bedrooms. When we had any questions Keith quickly responded to our emails. We had an issue after hours with a broken Pack N Play, and the property manager delivered a freshly sanitized one within a short period of time. The woman from that office was so sweet on the phone. We would love to stay in this home again! Thank you for a memorable family vacation.

Amazing family vacation home

This home was so beautiful, so cool and fun! We had a wonderful time. There’s just a few things that kept it from being 5 stars but they’re easy fixes and we’d definitely stay again. They need to update instructions for theater and for projector and the projector screen has issues rolling down. The air conditioner is on a timer so we were hot when we woke up and the remote for our ceiling fan was missing, the property manager never got us a new one. There were other minor issues that I let the host know about it. For anyone with mobility issues, it’s difficult to get in and out of the pool because there’s no hand railing. I have nerve damage and my son has cerebral palsy but our family helped us in and out of the pool. Also, the washers and dryers are upstairs so that was a bit of a pain but not a deal breaker. It’d also be nice to have more towels and wash cloths. Regardless of any issues we still had a great time and enjoyed the theater, all of the games and pool. I can’t even describe how beautiful the decor is. The host was always quick to respond but unfortunately I can’t say the same about the property manager. The stay would have been much better if the property were checked between bookings. Almost all the batteries were dying or dead in remotes, the air conditioner in the theater was frozen so we had to thaw it, one of the dryer’s was not drying properly, which are fixable things but could have been avoided if properly checked before we got there. Still amazing!!

This house was perfect for our party of 10, kids and adults mixed. From the themed rooms to the cute little tree into the movie room and the arcade was amazing! I wish we had more time to spend in the backyard. It was the perfect spot to just spend time with a projection screen off the pool, a big table for outside meals, and a bar with great sound. Would absolutely come back!
