Important Information:
Check-In Process: All guests must present a government-issued photo ID at the Champions Gate Security booth to receive access passes.
Security Cameras: Ring cameras are located on the front porch and sides of the home, recording audio and visual 24/7.

Policies: No smoking allowed. Refer to full House Rules.

Additional Fee for Heated Pool & Spa
Our pool heater is available as an optional service for $45 per day, with a minimum usage of 2 days. Please note that heating must be requested at least 48 hours in advance. The pool temperature will not exceed 95°F.

Please be aware that the attached spa is not a Jacuzzi. It does not have jets, and the water flows directly into the pool. The spa can only be heated if the entire pool is heated.

The heater WILL NOT function effectively in cold weather and may not reach the desired temperature. If you choose to activate the heater under these conditions, no refunds will be provided if the pool does not warm sufficiently.
The pool pump has a built-in safety mechanism to prevent overheating. During cold weather, this system may temporarily shut off the heater to protect the pump, resuming operation once normal functionality is restored.
