HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!

The owner of the property notified us 10 mins after we were able to check in that the property was not available. VRBO was HORRIBLE to us and did not assist us with securing a similar property. They assisted us with one night and then offered to book accommodations at very low end hotels that were not comparable to what we had reserved and unacceptable. We gave them options but refused to accept any of our recommendations. Overall we would never use VRBO again and have shared this miserable experience with VRBO.

They cancel or stay in the last minute, they just said that the room wasn’t clean, that’s all the answer that we got
