Listed as Luxury Villa, (Rare Diamond). Well The Diamond has certainly lost its Sparkle. The Lack of Check In Information was Terrible, we had to Chase this right up until hours from of our Arrival. This went back forth saying that we weren't even booked in this Villa. Once this was sorted, after "Several" Stressful messages, we arrived at Villa. Our Initial Take was the Horrible Smell In 2 Main Bedrooms. The Smell, we Think was due too The way the Bedding had been Laundered. Sticky Ice Tray/Dispenser, with what? But Not A Nice First Impression. When we did get out to the Pool/Deck Area, this Really Disappointed Us. Deck was Stained, Unclean, Dead Flies everywhere, Furniture, To Be Honest "Not Fit For Use". This is Not A Sunny Deck All Day, Over Looked from Properties that sit higher than this one. We think there has been No-One in this Villa for some time, Not a Bad thing, but on this occasion it was, Even took time for the Smell through the Sink to Flush away.
