Minutes to Disney ~ Private End Unit in Regal Oaks "Little Oasis" ~ Resort Pool

This 4 bedroom / 3.5 bath, two story end unit townhouse backs up to a forever wild to give you lots of privacy and a place to relax. It's like a little oasis!! Located in the Regal Oaks resort just behind Old Town and “Fun Spot” USA off Hwy 192 and I-4, this vacation house is super close to many grocery stores, restaurants, shops, theme parks like Disney & Universal and other attractions. We house many families of kids participating in events at ESPN Wide World of Sports as it is very close by.

The resort amenities include a heated saltwater pool, hot tub, water slides, poolside bar, restaurant, lobby pantry market, a fitness center, a tennis court, etc. All the amenities are available to you with no extra fee. Regal Oak Resort is a gated community with keycard only access to the gym and pool. One is available for your use during your stay. Note: fee imposed only if card is not left when you leave.

This townhouse is furnished with everything to make you feel like you are at your home away from home. Featuring:
New AC unit;
Private screened patio facing forever wild (watch for deer to wander by);
New patio furniture;
A fully equipped kitchen;
Baby gear (pack n play, highchair, baby gate and stroller);
Complementary high speed wireless internet access;
Cable/ flat screen LCD/LED TVs in all rooms except Mickey;
“Open” parking spaces in front of unit;
Two ensuite bedrooms. One on the main floor with a king bed with a nautical theme. The other is upstairs with a king bed, a walk-in closet, a large bathtub and balcony overlooking the forever wild;
Two rooms with twin beds upstairs. The Mickey and The Beach (new mattresses);
Fresh towels and linens;
Full size Washer and Dryer;
3 hair dryers, 2 ironing boards, and 2 irons;
Box fan for every bedroom;

PLEASE NOTE that only starter supplies are provided. You may need to bring/purchase more paper products, garbage bags, etc. depending upon how many there are in your group and how long you are staying. There are just the basics to get you started.

Please don't leave towels at the pool. They belong to us; not the resort. Accidents happen. Please report broken or damaged items.

A short distance to WDW (about 20 minutes) and a welcome "home away from home" after long days at the Parks, this unit was very clean, well-maintained and had a well-equipped kitchen, good supply of towels, and plenty of space for 8 people. The kids in our group were delighted to find a couple baskets of toys, a nearby pool, and a doe and two fawns on the lawn just outside our unit. The owner kept me advised of all necessary information and responded quickly to the questions I had.

Fantastic. More than was expected

Thanksgiving Disney Trip

We recently stayed here for two weeks over Thanksgiving with 4 adults and 4 children. The kitchen was adequately stocked and the beds were comfortable after our long Disney days. We especially loved the proximity to Disney property and how easy it was to get to the parks. The pool on property and the pool bar/restuarant was a wonderful respite on our off day.

Great place to stay!

This property was very clean and conveniently located. My kids really enjoyed seeing all the deer daily along with the pool and arcade. The owner was very personable and helpful guiding me through my first VRBO rental. Definitely recommend!

This was a wonderful property. We loved the location, the resort amenities were wonderful. The teens loved the pool, hot tub, work out area and games room. The town home was spacious, very clean and well appointed. The location backing onto a forest was lovely. We would definitely return again.

Our stay was amazing. We were in town for a conference, and the location was perfect for where the conference was (Coronado Springs). Tammy responded to questions promptly, check in and check out was a breeze, and the unit was exactly as advertised. Would totally stay here again.

Perfect Condo and community

We stayed here during the AAU National Volleyball tournament, it was perfect. Had all the things we needed, it was in a great location. We liked being close to Old Town for a quick dinner. The pool was great, we enjoyed cooling off and hanging out when we had down time. When I visit again, I hope to stay here again!

Graduation Stay

The size and location was perfect. I needed a place that was close to the convention center for graduation. Not only was this place close to the convention center it was close to a lot of other attractions. I also like that it is a gated community.

Christmas in Florida

Property was very clean with and we had plenty of room for 5 adults. The amenities at the resort were also clean and spacious. Nice pool area and gym. Location worked out great. Reasonable walking distance to Old Town Kissimmee and World Food Trucks. Close driving distance to Celebration as well.
