Great Place

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean and as pictured. It is a great location, close to Disney World. My 5 year old loved the splash pad and pool. We will definitely stay again.

great location

Good location for those visiting Disney, very short commute. The outlets need to be replaced in the apartment as they all seem to be loose/worn out. The bed needs to be replaced as there are very bad dips on either side in the master. Having at least one handicap toilet would be nice, both toilets are the old school round bowls.

Perfect For My Family

Great Place to Stay!

We were so happy with this condo during our Orlando trip last week! The condo was comfortable, clean, ample space for a family of 4 and everything was provided that we needed to make our stay comfortable. The walk to the pool was short and right down the path. We would absolutely stay at this condo again.

Disney trip

This was the perfect location for my family’s Disney trip. So close to all the parks and other Orlando attractions. The amenities included at this property were also a great plus to our stay as the pool and splash park are open basically all day long. The check in process was exactly as host said it would be and easy other than having to wait a while outside of gates for multiple first time checkins.

Overall good experience

Stayed for one week at the property and enjoyed our stay. Property served our needs well and was very close to Disney Parks. The large screened in balcony was wonderful to have a drink at night or a cup of coffee in the morning. We did get locked out one morning but the problem was resolved fairly quickly. We would stay here again.

Family Friendly

Thank you very much for having all of the kiddo stuff on hand! The fact that we didn't have to bring all of it with us made the vacation so much easier. The beds were comfortable! And all of the amenities were spot on. The location was perfect distance for everything, especially Disney.

First family vacation at Mickeys Hangout

For Our first family vacation we decided to book through Vrbo and we are so glad we did. The process was so easy! Staying at Mickeys Hangout in Windsor Hills was the best decision. The place was nice and the kids loved it. The facilities were great with the playground to the little splash pad and the nice warm pool! The condo was nice and clean, and the supplies left were nice to have! Will definitely book again if we stay in the area again.

Great location.

Lovely condo. Great place to have breakfast, sleep and do laundry. Great price. Grandparents traveling with teenage granddaughter. Wanted 2 bedrooms and 2 baths, this condo fit the bill. Very close to magic and roads are easily traveled. Windsor Hills is a great community. Amenities are great.

Excellent stay!

Check in got off to a rough start, however the property owners were extremely prompt in fixing the issue. I didn’t receive the instructions for check in which wasn’t a huge deal. The owner’s responded in 5 minutes of sending a message. The pictures live up to the expectations of what is provided. For a family of 4 we need SPACE, and this offered us just that. Now let’s touch on the amenities, they were beyond outstanding! The pool, playground and waterslides provided our kids with lots of things to do if we were not attending the parks! They also offered other things for example there was a balloon animal time frame, there is food/beverage at the pool and they are super friendly and opened late! Overall, our family was very happy with our stay and highly recommend.

Nice Condo

Very nice complex and amenities. Condo was just a short walk to pool. The condo could use a few updates to kitchen and bathroom flooring, new toilet seats and pillows. We actually purchased 3 new pillows because the original ones were so flat. Overall, it was a good place to stay.

Property was advertised as a condo with swimming pool, except nononevtold us the pool was closed for maintenance for the 4 week duration of our booking. The owner would only agree to a 50% refund and VRBO did nothing to resolve the sitation or offer alternative accomodation. and

Our family loved Mickey's Hangout!

We had a fabulous time in this condo. The owners were very easy to deal with and answered all of our questions promptly. The condo looks exactly like in the pictures. It is very close to the pool and clubhouse, which has nice facilities such as gym and theatre. The condo had everything our family of four needed, and more. Lots of space and very cozy. It made our stay in Orlando that much better to come back to after a busy day shopping, touring or at the parks. Very relaxing and enjoyable. We will definately be checking if this condo is available on our next trip to Orlando area and recommend to friends and family.

Condo Rental

The overall condition of the condo was fair. The bedroom carpeting was badly stained in both bedrooms and needs to be replaced. The sliding door on the balcony had no lock which was a concern when we left for the day.

A Magical Vacation!

Thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home at Windsor Hills. We were pleased from the moment we stepped through the door. We have stayed at countless hotels and condos over the years and I am happy to report your home went right to the top. My husband has some pretty high standards and your home exceeded his expectations. Your home was everything we needed and more. The LCD cable TVs and the kid's Disney theme room with PS3 added the extra "umph". The location was absolutley perfect with easy access to the parks which was great. The complex was gorgeous, and your condo was an easy 2 minute walk to the pool and clubhouse area. Thanks so much, we hope we are able to come back again someday soon foe another magical vacation.

Great pool and location, very good basic unit for families

This was a great stay, the pool exceeded expectations and we were close to theme parks and necessities. The unit was exactly what we expected based on the photos. Clean and basic, there was significant wear on some furniture/surfaces but that's to be expected for a vacation rental aimed at young families. Mattresses seemed new, lots of linens and towels provided. I read other reviews about limited toilet paper so I brought along a couple of rolls and some dishwasher tabs in my checked luggage. The pool was great -- large, and not overly busy as most people are at theme parks during the day. Disney was a very short drive away (less than 15 min to Magic Kingdom), and there is a Walmart very close for groceries, etc.

Poor housekeeping

Floors need a thorough cleaning, our socks and feet were dirty after walking barefoot. Bedsheets did not look or feel clean, we changed them prior to going to bed. Resort amenities and location were wonderful, would stay at the resort again, just not this condo.

Cute but needs a good cleaning

The property was cute and the manager responded to my messages. However, the floors were pretty dirty, we had tennis shoes on all day and our bare feet were dirty after walking around the condo for a little while that first day. There was mold on the ceiling around 3 vents. When I messaged the manager they sent someone out who wiped a little bit around the vents and nothing more. Nothing was bad enough for us to want to leave but we won’t stay with this manager again.

Pleasant but needs a little updating

Water heater needs updating or fixing. Can't take a nice hot shower without the hot water giving out midway. A water heater that size should accommodate a family of 3, with no issues. Besides that it was pleasant. Definitely make property owner aware of any issues AS SOON As you arrive. We got hit with a replacement towel fee for towels damaged by previous occupants. Lesson Learned.

Awesome!

My boyfriend and I stayed in this condo for 8 nights and we loved it! The location of Windsor Hills is very close to Disney and tons of restaurants and shopping. The gated community made us feel safe while on vacation, and the guys at the gate were always friendly. The location of this condo within the resort is also ideal. It is 1 building over from the pool and a nice short walk along the lake to get there. The most important thing to me is cleanliness in a rental and this place exceeded my expectations. Also, the condo had plenty of towels and even beach towels for our use. The kitchen seemed to be well equipped although we never cooked while there. The condo feels brand new and is spacious. Working with the owner was also very easy, she was quick to respond to any questions and it was an easy transaction. I would highly recommend this condo!!! Thanks!!

Great Vacation

The property was well cleaned, had plenty of plates/utensils/kitchen essentials. The beds were clean and came with extra sheets. We enjoyed having a pack-n-play for our 3 month old. It was short walk to the pool, which was awesome. We took advantage of the snacks from the store. It was less than 20 minutes to each of the Disney parks. The only thing that made it hard was that the owner did not change the door code for us to get in to the password she supplied. We had to call to the front desk to get it taken care of and it was never changed back during our entire stay. The AC unit was also broken. We were up til midnight the first night when we arrived after a long day waiting on them to fix it. It then broke again. They had to cover the unit with box fans in order to cool it off. We would absolute stay at the resort again, but not in this specific unit.
