Communication was great with the host! The property and included club house access was perfect for my family! We loved how spacious the home was and how we could easily walk to the club house. Everyone who worked at the gated community was friendly & we had a great time. We have to say that there were only 2 minor gripes about our stay: 1. The master bed and the other single-bed mattresses were very hard and uncomfortable. It made for some pretty restless nights. The kid's beds seemed to be softer and more comfortable, so they slept well each night. 2. The master bathroom window is right where you are showering, but only at like shoulder/neck level. It was still a little weird so we thought it would be a good idea for the property management to install some stick-on window coverings for a little more privacy. Like I said, those are just minor gripes because overall the property, stay, & communication with the host were great. We loved staying there!
