This neighborhood is safe and quiet.
Public Transportation Busses,
There are Pharmacies, Gas stations, about 1.0 ml of Full Sail University, and more and more.
The laundry and swimming pool are shared with the owners of the property.
This facility is 1 completely independent room, the entrance and parking as well.(IS ONE ROOM NOT THE WHOLE HOUSE)

Rules

The Laundry can be used two times a week between 11:00 am to 10:00 pm, If you use more than that you will be charged an extra $5.00 each time
The smoker is not allowed inside the room. The garbage container is outside on the left side.
Pool rules: Times 10:00 am to 10:00 pm You must follow the signs rule around the pool

Nice and clean private space

Stayed here with my partner while visiting family nearby. Space was nice, clean, and perfect for our needs. Parking space in drive and easy flexible check-in. Host was very nice and welcoming. Hope to stay here again next time we visit!

The finishes were nice and it was clean. The mini-split won’t keep the room cool enough. We didn’t notice until the next day that the ceiling light is also a fan. It definitely helped keep the room cooler. Parking is on the street. We were really only in the room to sleep so it sufficed.
