** Pool heating is NOT included in the rental unless specified in your rate. Please contact us for pricing. The pool may still be used without heating.
** Pool heaters are set to 86°F prior to arrival. The reached temperature depends on weather conditions. Pool heaters operate approximately 12 hours per day. No refund or compensation will be provided unless pool heating was paid for and a verified technical issue occurred. Refunds will not exceed the amount paid for pool heating.
** Only registered guests are allowed to stay at the property.
** This property is self-catering. A small starter kit is provided upon arrival, including 3 dishwasher tablets, 2 trash bags, 1 new sponge, 1 kitchen paper towel, 1 starter soap per bathroom, and 1 roll of toilet paper per toilet. Guests are responsible for purchasing additional supplies as needed.
